2/2: 193~ Still no scale but I weighed myself at the gym after a preworkout shake Upper body power Bench Press 3x5 230x3x3 (+5lb, had a spotter on the last reps) BB Row 3x8 145x8x3 (+5lb) OHP 3x5 175x5x3 (+2 reps on each set) Weighted chin ups 2x8 62.5x6x3 Weighted dips 2x8 62.5x6x3 Standing straight curls 3x8 90x8x3 (+5lb) CGBP 3x8 I FEEL GOOD!!! Not that tired or lethargic anymore, I've got energy for days and my strength is climbing up. I'm seeing new striations every morning on a bulk which is weird. Libido is magnificent, Dermacrine is working it good. I still haven't gotten my Epi in the mail but I have another bottle of Derma, so should I run it solo to solidify my SD gains?

I'd run the SD til your epi comes in. Then again, derm might help u stay a bit more anabolic until you start the epi.... Does epi typically start "working" pretty fast?
I don't wanna run SD past three weeks, and if I do it'd be at 10mg because I'm tired of the sides. Epi kicks in faster than most orals, after two or three days you're feeling it.

I'm considering running an extra week of SD at 10mg if I still haven't gotten my Epi. If it takes longer than a week then I'm gonna stick to Derma

On a side note I think I wrongfully accused SD of giving me terrible sides. I stopped taking a nootropic called Piracetam and now I'm feeling 1000% better and nothing's changed. Also this is my first official day on Epi so let's see how that plays out

Sorry that I haven't updated my log recently, one of my homeboys just got married today and it's been a busy week. Today was an off day but the gain train hasn't stopped.

Yesterday was my last day on superdrol and thank god, the high BP was killing me already. My vision has been blurry all day and I haven't been feeling great all around, but that's probably because I still have some SD in my system and I'm dosing Epi at 40mg a day. If the sides persist I might drop the dose or cut the cycle short, I'll see

Blurry vision? Thats odd, unsettling too... I wonder if its tied to the BP issue.

Great workout sesh today. No headaches or high BP cause the superdrol is out of my system by now. Blurry eyesight is almost gone, whatever's left im blaming it on the small BP spike that comes with the epistane.

The lifts are steadily improving, but I'm dropping cals and doing a small 4 week recomp so I can shed any day I might've put on with SD

it was 150/60 with double dosed cycle support, but I'm pretty susceptible to BP sides so even a small elevation has me feeling crappy all day. Superdrol is no joke lol

BP: 205 3x3 ---> 230 3x3
Squat: 245 3x3 ---> 295 3x3
OHP: 170 3x3 ---> 175 3x5
Bb Row: 115 3x8 ---> 150 3x8

My accessory lifts shot up too, all in all I'm pretty happy with SD aside from the complications. Might consider doing it again in the future since I still have half a bottle

Great workout today. Pumps where alright, but I felt strong. I'm trying to cut now so I'm not expecting much strength/mass for the new few weeks but I'll take whatever I can get

Libido is fine, mood is elevated, and no tiredness. It's safe to say I feel good

2/12: rest day. 193lbs

Maintenance cals are at 2900, so on workout days I'm gonna be bumping it by 100-200 cals and on my off days I'll be cutting 300 cals. I'm hoping for a nice recomp over the next 4 weeks. I'd be happy at %12 bodyfat and 190lbs

Both of these were great sessions. I felt strong as hell and I'm leaning out pretty quick! I've got a bottle of albuterol but I don't wanna risk using it on cycle cause my BP gets high real quick and I wanna enjoy these next three weeks feeling, ****ty isn't on my agenda

I started supplementing L-theanine and ashwagandha and my energy levels have increased which is awesome. It's like caffeine but without the crash or the jitters so I recommend it to anyone looking to escape that bottomless pit of lethargy on cycle without the stim from caffeine or fat burners

9/15: 190lbs 14.2% bf

Back hypertrophy: not much gains, wasn't feeling too well and decided to spend the day home. Epistane has some serious anti-estro properties that had me feeling moody and emotional as hell. It wasn't fun lol

9/16: 192lbs

It's been a lethargic week, I haven't even mustered up the energy to post here lol. I'm still taking Derma as a test base, so what can I attribute my lethargy to? Im thinking it's the low cholesterol or stressed liver.

I pulled the trigger and started Albuterol to lose some bodyfat and straighten out my HDL/LDL levels on cycle. If I don't feel better by this weekend I might cut the cycle short

Update: I have 8 days left worth of epistane so I'm gonna ride this out. I'm dosing albuterol and yohimbine hoping for a fast cut this last week. Wish me luck

Many find derm as barely adequate for lethargy and prefer 4ad, trest, or test itself.

How many pumps are u using?
