Crypto currency

yeah the leveraged longs set themselves up for these bloodbaths. Whales short down looking for liquidity, the leveraged longs get margin called and wiped out til the bottom is found, volume spikes. price pumps again until the whales decide too many are leveraged and they get wiped out again lol.

Volume was over $17billion when I woke up this morning... its crazy to think I remember when it was like $100 million a day lol

What site gives you that trading volume and such info?

It's risky of course, but there's some good money to be made. I'm using USI Tech to invest my Bitcoin and they pay out a percentage of profit for it. How it works basically is this: You go and buy some Bitcoin from someplace like Coinbase with USD and they give you some Bitcoin for it, depending on how much you invest. You can buy as little or as much $ USD as you'd like. Then you transfer this Bitcoin to USI and buy "packages" which they then use to mine/invest/etc. and pay you out a percentage of their profit. While Bitcoin is going up, you're essentially double dipping on the value of the BTC plus the profit they pay you out. There's a minimum time frame they need to hold your BTC, so be aware of that. I believe it's 140 days. Check it out: Invalid Link Removed

Full disclosure, this is a referral program where I'd get a small portion of profits that your packages earn. Costs you nothing, you don't make less from using that link either. If you're against that, go to USI Tech directly and find the enrollment link. Makes no difference to me, I just like you guys to be aware of the opportunity here rather than just sitting on Coinbase and getting only a portion of the profit you could be getting.
I got scammed by Usi tech . Now they feds are after them

big big fed meeting today .. have a feeling either market will go up or down :)

Makes sense why the 10% .. cant wait till it creates a support above 3.30

You in hbar as well ?
I have a little hbar, ada, proppy and ondo.
I've spent this year focusing on stacking FLR since flr will be used in conjunction with XRP to allow further tokenization and staking. Plus, FLR that you wrap and delegate is paying huge rewards, as much as like 5% per MONTH so thats pretty good.

but I think I'm I'm almost where I need/want to be with FLR and starting to stack ondo more for the same reason.

I also have GBTC and XXRP (legit funds) stacked in my boys college savings.

Hasn’t this happened 3 times already?

From what i remember last time it was delayed

This is big news. XRP is pumping up 11% so far.

the SEC and Ripple months ago had an agreement to cut the settlement I believe in half, withdraw and settle the case. the judge said that her ruling still stands because the case was brought to her, she heard it, she ruled on it. they can't just suddenly change her ruling without essentially a new case. so instead I believe Ripple decided to go ahead and pay the whole fine, and SEC formally withdrew their case. so now their is no plaintiff = no more case. I think Ripple must have decided that saving $75m wasn't worth the time delay so paying the full $125 or $150m was a better deal.

I think they're right. they're still sitting on like 55 billion xrp and this news sent price up $.30 in a couple hours (sitting at $3.35 now) so they added $16,500,000,000 to their war chest the day it closed lol.

big big meeting today in alaska .. hopefully these 2 idiots come to an conclusion no war and our stocks/crypto boom ... if not gonna have to buy more and live off costco hotdogs

I'm not feeling optimistic on this one. Russia believes the longer it goes on the greater chance they have of taking it all. And that has been historically accurate from Russia's perspective.

Not sure what's in it for them to stop now....other than a fake pause to take it all later.

We would have to ramp up the hurt Dial to 11 to get Putin's attention, and I don't think Trump wants to get his hands that dirty. And Russia probably believes that, too.

hard to say for sure but money talks. China and India I believe are Russias main oil customers now and both countries are flashing major recessionary signs right now so buying demand could really get hit, plus we slapped India with massive tariffs for using Russian oil. Really hard to know for sure but Trump is pretty good at circling the wagons.

Trump always has a plan, and loves to make a deal !

But until he pushes back hard on China, too much of the global economy evades tarrifs/leverage

gemini ipo coming next week.

Crypto adoption and integration into mainstream has gone from 0-60 this year. Should be like 50+ ETF's approved in the next couple months, too.

we ready for govt shutdown ......................................... again ?

If the alternative is Dem's plan to give Medicare back to illegal aliens.... I'll take a government shutdown.

Trump's Team is already looking ahead to firing some of the government workers who will be non-essential.

sounds like he's talking about a very long term scenario past our lives tbh.
there are lots of reasons to expect a triple digit and possibly even a $x,xxx. price of XRP in the near term but his speculation here sounds like he's tying into like Elon's long term visions of intergalactic travel etc.

short term, Ripple is shortlisted for approval for am EMI license, a banking license, Evernorth is looking to add a half billion XRP between now and Q1 2026, Ripple now going after a Fed Master Acct, SBI and their subsidies all picking up XRP treasuries (I think there are 12 companies listed now with XRP based treasuries started), around 20 different XRP ETF's supposed to go live any day but delayed by the govt shut down.

my guess is by end of year 2025 we see a short term peak for BTC (if we haven't already) dominance finally falls again, ETH goes to new ATH (some people think $20k, although I'd be very happy with anything from $7500-9k), then all that flows into alts which becomes more sustained by the ETF's, treasuries, utility, and possible fed deal (t-bills for rlusd???).

I hold probably 10 different crypto assets but my biggest bets are XRP and FLR. I have minted some FXRP already that is earning yield and the only reason I hold ETH is because I expect it to pop before full alt season and I'll rotate those profits into hopefully a shitton of FLR before it pops.

Update on XRP stuff:

Canary XRP ETF went live last week and set records.
the Bitwise XRP ETF went live today and is smashing Canary
Invalid Link Removed

they are spot ETF's, so they are required to buy XRP to cover their daily positions. Canary has stacked about 140 million XRP so far in the first week:

There is no downfall to any of this as ETFs like these and funds like Michael Saylors Microstrategy will continue to accumulate digital assets until they are not available then sell you back paper versions of them like this.

The only part that hurts is that despite what people say about Ripple dumping XRP for years, they have actually bought up around $11billion worth over the past few years while price was SEC lawsuit suppressed and my understanding is that these ETF's are now covering their positions with OTC buys from Ripple rather than market buys.

Next week Franklin Templeton and Grayscale ETF's both go live. I think there is one more too but I cant remember. that will make 5-6 XRP based ETF's in November, with I think 5-6 more already scheduled.

Instead of instant booms, sadly, it could take many months if not a year for them to exhaust the XRP supply since Ripple now has so many they can provide via OTC (if I understand correctly)

however, most calculations suggest that within 3-6 months, the supply will be so low that ETF's alone will force prices up just to cover their obligations.

I am really struggling, after the ruling by Judge Torres, to understand what XRP are available for ETFs to source, and which ones Ripple cannot sell. Grok thinks its only about 5 billion, which could be consumed fairly fast with 6-12 funds accumulating.

Be careful using Grok, saw people use it to summarize some stock filings in recent past and wildly innacurate as it was pulling whatever it found from old filings and internet chat rather than up to date fact. Other than that I love Grok.

ahaha so funny man. this is why I only DCA. some of my buys will be at peaks inevitably but when I just buy without emotion consistently you catch the dips too and it balances out favorably.

for sure, I have bounced through as many different ai as I can and have found that they're all super inaccurate at times and you have to constantly correct them, the thing about Grok that I like is its less woke and will at least have a legit discussion with you instead of saying "oh I can't comment on that, that would be unfair to people who aren't reading this"

i just wanna be rich ..too much to ask ? lol
