Today sucked!!!!!!

My knee was killing me so I didnt do squats. Leg extentions felt fine so I super set ext with curls. I didn't write down any weights because they were all over the place.

I wasn't motivated at all in the gym and I dont feel well. I feel 4 months pregnant because.....well....... sorry guy I think Im constipated. My stomach's been acting real weird 2day. I got some GUT health on the way so I hope it helps. :whiner:

Todays workout didnt really go that well either. My forearms were on fire the whole workouts. I trained at a different gym today and the DB are kinda thick. I have very large palms and short fat fingers. So things like this really tax my grip. I only got thru 7 sets before the forearm burn was too much to even perform skull crushers well.

Incline DB curls
40lbs 7X10

Skull Crushers
95lbs 7X10

Concentration Curls
40lbs 3X10

Behind back dips
BW 3Xfailure

Side DB raises
25lbs 3X12

Bent Over DB raises
20lbs 3X12

And with this workout I put to rest GVT :sad: I love it but it's just too taxing on my CNS right now, paired with school, work, wife,kids,holidays,etc....I usually never superset anything and keep workouts to 12-15 sets per body part and train them once a week.

Monday I will return back to my Max-OT workouts 1 body-part/week. I will defiantly use GVT in the future for a full 5 weeks run for mass. Mine and my training partners strength both soared on this routine along with size and fullness. I think anyone reaching a plateau should look into GVT for a 3 week run. I'll try and get some pictures up of DAY 1 GVT training and present.

Thats awesome bro, keep it up. My weight is like 196 I think. I'm not gaining anymore weight but I can't eat enough and I think I'll need to bump up the Superdrol to 30mg to gain anymore clean weight. I know the sides are just gonna hit me like a brick. I'm already tired a lot, acne is getting worse, and back pumps are slowing building up. I think I'm gonna hit 30mg Mon-Wed and start post cycle therapy on thur. That'll give me time to get all my supps ( :stick: EasyEJL ) :lol: :cheers:

I stil have to look a little deeper into that GBC, If you liked it I'll prolly give it a run during my cut just to switch things up.
