Just a quick question. was the havoc cycle u just finished ur first designer supp?

im just trying to figure out what would be best for my first cycle...pulse or straight through...

Sure thing. Yes it was my first designer unless you consider some Andro something or other about 9 years ago I THINK it was.

Strength increased, decreases waist size and gained 6lbs.

May not sound like much but I was already over 200lbs and I am training for a half Ironman triathlon. So I do 2 hours of biking running or swimming every day, 7 days a week. I am sure without all that cardio it would have been even more but I am very happy with about 7 to 8lb gain on a light cycle like that.

Doing PCT with POST Cycle Support I am sure helped me keep the gains I made and my libido is still great.

id like to know this as well..im gonna take the post cycle support, and am wondering if a test booster or cort blocker is needed..

Post cycle support works as a fairly great testosterone booster. For stacking, if anything, I would recommend an aromatase inhibitor such as aPCT or 6-oxo. I am not a firm believer that cortisol is the culprit behind people losing gains after long cycles.
