Hey guys I'm going to hop into a lean bulk beginning July 24th after my PL meet. For the time being though I need to stay below 182.98 lbs.
I've decided to put together a stack that I believe (based on users feedback here) will help to facilitate the lean gains I am looking for.
Please feel free to add.
FOOD
ArA
PA
Epicatechin
Protein
TMG
Creatine
Glutamine
Fish Oil
Forskolin 95
Possibly HMB but I'm not completely sold on it yet.
I was considering Laxogenin and Ecdysterone but it seems to be hit or miss with those.
