2 scoops of ON Whey
1/4 cup of ground oatmeal
2 tablespoons of ground flax

Today was the first time i had it,and drank with water. Thought i was going to gag,but it was actually not that bad. It was very gritty going down,but tolerable.

I cannot do the Myoplex,Lean body thing anymore,way to expensive.
