critique my diet/training/ condition 10 weeks 5 days out

Ok here is my problem.
I am 198.5 right now body fat is probably 10%
I am 23 6foot been training 4 years and some months now.journey began at 340+ lbs at 18. Lost down to 170 and started lifting weights and dropped cardio.where I am now: started a cut about three plus months ago.slowly dropped calories and started to clean diet up.added cardio in till where I am now. My diet got very low in calories so I upped calories up to where I could manage day to day without wanting to fist a bottle of penut butter.here is my training diet and cardio

Training is mon back
Tues chest. Wen legs. Thur off friday shoulders arms. Sat and sun is cardio

I have been doing a hour of cardio 6 days a week now and feel like death.cardio is done on treadmill at 8% incline at 3.0 mph was doing 40 mins three weeks ago.
Workouts are kept very very intense not to failure but close to it.
I have not lost no weight in two-3 weeks latley. I'm stuck getting leaner super slow but nothing to brag about. My diet is
Mon 350 carbs , 60grams fat max, 1gram protein min 2700 cals
Tues, 200 carbs max, 70 grams fat max, 280g protein min 2400 cals
Wen. 350 carbs min, 60 grams fat max, 1 gram protein min 2700 cals
Thur 150 grams carbs max, 80 grams fat max,280 protein min, 2400 cals
Fri, 200grams carbs max, 70 grams fat max, 280 grams protein min 2400 cals
Sat 0-50 carbs max 100 grams fat min, 300 grams protein min.2000 cals
Sun 350 grams carbs min, 40 grams fat max, 200g protein min 2700 cals
Day usually consist of bro foods.oatmeal, btown rice, chicken breast, 96 lean hamburger, lean meats
Any help here?
