I wanna get bigger and stronger, I take protein everyday and workout everyday. What does creatine do? Do you need it? And what kind is recommended? Thanks

Creatine is a very versatile supplement with all kinds of benefits. Yes, I definitely recommend it and would go with SNS Creatine Monohydrate or SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate.

Getting bigger (more muscle mass) means eating more food. Getting stronger means progression - lifting heavier weights or extra reps each session.

Creatine increases the ATP output in our muscles. ATP is the power house of every muscle contraction. When we are increasing the ATP replenishment then we are able to get a few more reps in an exercise, helping with lean muscle mass. Im a firm believer that creatine needs to be one of the main supplements implemented in everyones training. I have taken a few different kinds of creatine. I would recommend trying creatine monohydrate and see how your body responds. For myself im taking kre-alkalyn and have had good results.

I like the extra energy I receive from creatine. Make sure you are getting a Nice healthy intake of water. I like creapure or sns magnesium creatine chelate. Affordable and effective.
 
MCC with some kool aid is better than any over priced super creatine blend on the shelves. Kill it in the gym, kill it in the kitchen. That's how you will get strength and size. Dont expect some crazy steroid gains just from protein and creatine, it takes time and a lot of determination... And lots of food. Couple of these guys know I just got into a paleo diet for my wife and I... Its a lot of work just gotta want it!

all you need from creatine is Creatine Monohydrate, , other companies will sell you a designer creatine, but they all basically do the same thing. buy bulk powder, 3-5g a day, iforce Creatine, ;)
 
SNS guys, do you have or have plans for creatine nitrate at a good price?? Cus I would buy in a heart beat

No doubt man! I'm definitely a believer in creatine as a staple, right underneath multi vitamins. I've used Creapure quite a lot as well.

i believe Thermolife has a hold over any and all nitrate products, they'd have to go the RK to get a product out.

Not arguing but I don't know if that is true. There are quite a few products out with nitrates in them.

Creatine monohydrate has the most science behind it. It's super cheap, but poorly absorbed. I recommend taking 5grams with a designer carb or if your on a strict budget a 32oz Gatorade post workout. You can add an additional amount to another carb containing meal (breakfast) if your wanting more. My company use to make a great post-workout drink w/ creatine called Postal which was pretty great.

Postal was the bomb! I blew up one summer using that as my post workout drink.
 
creapure(german grade) creatine monohydrate. my current postworkout drink is 5grams of creatine, 5grams of glutamine and 5grams of bcaas. i call it my 15grams of power.
