OP, creatine timing does not matter.
The timing does not matter, your going to have to experiment with it, personally I get a stomache ache from powder. Ancient Strength or Powerchews Creatine are two products you might wanna keep in mind if you have the same problem.Would it be all right if after my workout I have creatine (fruit punch) with water.

CEE has been proven inferior.Not familiar I know storm has it but not sure of the effects. I know mono works and CEE some like it some hate it.
I went with Storm because u get so much creatine for a good price plus I figured different types the better![]()

agreed, the loading phase is crap and most things can be absorbed faster when in a depleted state when consuming fast digesting carbs and even free form aminosNo, take it at any time, 3-5g, and be done with it.
