do u like cee over mono? i took applied neutreceuticals creatine which is a mono and actually lost a pound
mono works fine and has no sugar in it, which leads me to question what you were actually taking and how you were taking it. i have tried mono and kre-alk and havent noticed a difference between.
I've switched to CEE for a few months and now I've went back to creatine monohydrate. Yes, CM will bloat you but it also works. This is why we don't bulk and cut at the same time. I have nothing to back up whether or not CEE actually works. In fact from what I read recently - there's no scientific evidence it actually does anything. I'm not qualified to talk science, I'll just tell you that I gave CEE a long while to see if it would do anything. I just switched back to CM about 1.5 weeks ago and I'm going heavier and more reps. sometimes its better to stick with tried and true.
I never used mono, in about a month i will be. When i used Kre-Alk i liked how i just got a bit more firm and a bit stronger(not much at all) the definition was probably cause diet and workout type.
Im hoping when i use mono i get more outa strength and size. I wont mind a bit of bloat. Maybe ill end up the same as you did.
