any good gains? i know it has alot of sugar but i can use some fat on me. what good creatines are out there. i dont gain anything off mono

I personally love Creatine Ethyl Ester. You do have just as many people who are not fans of it as those who are fans of it.

If you were not getting what you expected from Mono, I would consider giving CEE a try.

EDIT: i just saw the mono part.
I personaly like Kre-Alkalyn and Storm by Universal.
Other than that i either havent got gains or i just dont wanna spend the cash.
 
if your looking for some nice creatine bloat Cell-Tech will do it.. also if you dont mind price Fizogen's Mass Cycle is very decent

Creatine does not contain any sugars. It is what you mix your creatine with that has sugar. I like AE presurge, CL Green Bulge or plain o' monohydrate. Mix your monohydrate with juice or post workout with your shake. All creatine products are the same they just use different ways to uptake it into the body.


What were you mixing your mono with?
 
do u like cee over mono? i took applied neutreceuticals creatine which is a mono and actually lost a pound

Well, it's quite possible that you suck at life in general and managed to do it all wrong, but it's also quite possible that the banaba, or whatever is in neovar now, worked its magic and you experienced a nice recomp, losing bodyfat and gaining muscle.
 
mono works fine and has no sugar in it, which leads me to question what you were actually taking and how you were taking it. i have tried mono and kre-alk and havent noticed a difference between.

I never used mono, in about a month i will be. When i used Kre-Alk i liked how i just got a bit more firm and a bit stronger(not much at all) the definition was probably cause diet and workout type.
Im hoping when i use mono i get more outa strength and size. I wont mind a bit of bloat. Maybe ill end up the same as you did.
Did you just use bulk mono?

To the OP, I vote Storm. It has mono in it but some other stuff too. Its about $30 for 80 servings. Im guessing thats one of the cheapest creatine around besides bulk. I took it, preWO, during, post and most gains i saw were when i took preWO into the 1st hlaf. Took a preWO drink about 30minutes PreWO.
Goodluck. If they all fail then i think youll be the first i heard creatine doesnt work for you. I hope youre not expecting to much out of it. Its far from something that will make a giant impact.

I've switched to CEE for a few months and now I've went back to creatine monohydrate. Yes, CM will bloat you but it also works. This is why we don't bulk and cut at the same time. I have nothing to back up whether or not CEE actually works. In fact from what I read recently - there's no scientific evidence it actually does anything. I'm not qualified to talk science, I'll just tell you that I gave CEE a long while to see if it would do anything. I just switched back to CM about 1.5 weeks ago and I'm going heavier and more reps. sometimes its better to stick with tried and true.

i just get the dymatize 1lb can and it lasts forever, my sweet spot is 5g pre 5g post on workout days, no bloat but definatly making a diff in strength.

x3, like i said i have tried kre alk and noticed no difference. so why pay twice as much for something that doesnt work twice as well?
