What up cool cats yes Islandmagic has been MIA... That is life... Ok I did not miss any dosing so I was good on that part the days I did not go to the gym I just did push ups and pull ups.. Today I did Back and bi.... I will be starting my spring training routine next week... I will post the workout tomorrow... Man I feel good- I did a good job today and gave it all I got!!!
