What up cool cats yes Islandmagic has been MIA... That is life... Ok I did not miss any dosing so I was good on that part the days I did not go to the gym I just did push ups and pull ups.. Today I did Back and bi.... I will be starting my spring training routine next week... I will post the workout tomorrow... Man I feel good- I did a good job today and gave it all I got!!! Ok my spring training starting next week… I going to use GVT concept(German volume training) for chest back and legs… Oh Yea Baby this is the plan for 2 months!!!! Can you feel me~~~ I want to see how Phyto-Testosterone will work for while on this program!!!!! >>>

OMG I just had a super Shoulder workout!!!!!! If you folks never did rope for your shoulders well you should!!! We did 5 different techniques for 30 sec intervals those 5 = 1 set. Just plain bad a$$$ my shoulders are killing me wow Also The MAP with BCAA help me recover because doing 3 sets of these will make you puke….

Ithink my new routine will kill me I going to have to adjust it a little ok alot...
today I did GVT for chest... I went light to see how I will do- I use the same weight for all 3... I will up the weight to 50 next week.

Well shi# man my chest is on fire wait no no Lava hot.... HOly crap!!! I am simmering down now... Also today @ the gym many folks gave me Kudos for getting back in shape so quick .., So I know this stack is woking great... My wife is saying I am looking wider then normal I love it!

Hey folks I had to change up myroutine today.. I do not have time for the GVT and plus I know I will not have the recovery time to do it!!! THe Crepure is just great I have benn gaining weight I am now 196 before 185... 11bs Not bad i am using Fitday for diet chart I ma getting 3800cal a day I need to up it 400-4200 But dam that is alot of eating!

Question for A PP rep About EndoAMP MAx
1. can this increase mass ( I have notice that my back is wider and my muscle are harder)

2. Can endo be stack with my Phyto-Testosterone.

hard to get to the gym in the last 2 weeks!! Things are slowing down so I am hoping to get back to a normal routine
 
I did legs today -I am still wating on my order From PP :( not yet!!!! I am running low on everything!!!!! But My Creatine... I am looking forward to taken my Phyto-Testosterone once it gets hear!!!! THis stack for recovery is so good The Endoamp with Map and IBCAA and creatine is the bomb.. for the strength you get from this stack is amazing I truly believe this will be a good stack for those young folks who are just starting out or who is to young for the hard core stuff or T booster... PP You need to make this a stack...

Hello all your cool cats--- I have been so tied up the last week....

THis what I did basket ball basket ball- I had 4 games last week plus pratice... So lots of running... I have not got my PP products yet:( They say this thursday.... I am going to start a new log because I feel this log is complete and I ran out of my map and ibcaa last week... ( running low on the endoamp too)

To my Review of the Endoamp,Toco-8,MAP,Slumber and crepure.

First I am want to say thak you to PP and their customer service oh the reps are very good too...

MAP... What a great a Protein it just the best

I feel this stack will help yong folkls who are just stating or High school\Collage athletes who need a good foundation to start or just need an edage.
I have gain about 11LB in About 4 weeks time with a diet of 4500 cal a day. The combo of this stack helps on recover power endurance and Strength..
These basic supps is what I needed to get back in gym shape- So very cool when you can go back to the basic of the old school and get some good results like I need....


My new stack will be MAP,Phyto-Testosterone,ArginoCarn, Crepure, Endo, Pre-max, IBCAA and Organic Vitaberry
