I just started taking creatine mono hydrate how long should I take this

3-5g ED for about a month. Then you'll reach saturated creatine levels. From then on you can just supp 3-5g on WO days. As said above, whenever with with or without food. No need to cycle or load.
 
Ever try Creatine Glycerol Phosphate. Much easier on the liver and you never have to load ir cycle off.

Sns mcc or regular monohydrate. Good quality low price.
 
yes in a nut shell. i use hcl only cause its in volatile.....sns mcc on my off days
 
Im new to all this only been lifting about a month and a hlf just trying to get big i heard creatine has amazing results im using body fortress from walmart how much and how often should i take it also how long
 
3-5g daily everyday.No need to load or cycle it and time taken does not matter either.Its hard to beat SNS creatine mono or mcc,great quality at a great price.
