i couldnt understand about half of what your saying but you should be on mono as a staple. u can take nitrare, kre alka, ...etc but you should be on creatine.

I think kre-alkalyn is complete crap IMO. I never saw any gains from it. Creatine mono worked well for me and I have not lost my gains from that if that's what you were asking. Then theres creatine nitrate which I have just started taking so I have no opinion to the long term on it but short term you get amazing pumps.

mhmm i would absolutley love to take mono but im afraid that i cant take taht forever like im afraid that all be big for 2 months and then for my month off ill be back to being small....like thts the reason y im so skeptikal about mono just losing my gains i dnt want tht to happen

Creatine Monohydrate should be the 1st version you should try. Ive tried Kre-alk and didnt really see much. I now just use Primordial's Creapure creatine, a super clean version of creatine monohydrate.

if you lose size when u get off of mono, its more than likely water weight, not muscle, which is good. at least for me, i dont wanna be carrying alot of water weight unless im on creatine. try NeoVar, Creapure, or even (i know its not like those) but creatine nitrate.

1. If you are doing anaerobic or resistance training, then creatine should be a STAPLE for you.

2. If you're lifting, no matter how regular it is, then yes, use creatine - make sure that you have the rest of your basic staples (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs) covered as well!

3. You do NOT have to cycle creatine - creatine cycling is personal preference, and there is no point, IMO.

4. You can use creatine for the rest of your life if you want.

5. You DO realize that it is NOT the creatine that caused you to gain muscle mass, yes? If you use creatine and then stop using it, you are NOT going to lose any gains made - whether you lose, maintain, or add to your gains is primarily dependent on your NUTRITION AND TRAINING!

6. Whilst creatine causes water retention INSIDE your muscles, it is not a bad thing, and the weight is probably negligible for a larger individual. You're more likely to retain unwanted water from eating poorly than creatine.

7. As I said earlier, you will not lose your gains when you stop using creatine. Kre-Alkalyn is not going to affect your gains any more than using regular creatine monohydrate. There is nothing wrong with using Kre-Alkalyn, though, and you're fine to keep using it.

mhmm i saw those kind of costly can i take mono forever?

You can use creatine monohydrate as your preferred source for as long as you like, yes.
