First let me say i strongly beleive you should read and follow directions when taking anything, but there seems ot be two school of thoughts on creatine. The first is mix it in your pre and post workout shake and your good, the second is to load it like most bottle say on it. Back in the day when Cell-tech was the new product everyone did the loading cycle. Im just getting back into lifting and running, Is it best to load creatine or simply stick with pre and post workout shakes?
