Ok. After reading a couple interesting articles on glutamine and creatine planning running them at a comparatively higher dosing schedule for the next 2 months. Ive read glutamine being used at a minimum of 20 grams a day and creatine being used at a minimum of 20 grams also is more optimal than the recommended 2-3 grams a day and of creatine and 5 grams of glutamine. Apparently your body burns through more than the maintainance level supplemented and what's stored. Im actually considering doing 30 grams of each and seeing what happens.....(no,i don't think muy kidneys will fail and i don't think ill die lol) but a lot of really persuasive literature this. Anyone else run either of these supps at these doses?
