It's not really on the market yet and I am unfamiliar with that product, I traditionally don't get much out of creatine but the creatona is twice bufffered so I will make it more bio-available for folk like myself .. should be good ..

Incidently it's in ignite 2 though and there is something in that, that make me stronger ... could be creatona is the answer... I tend to be very oxogen efficient on ignite2...
