muscle synergy is damn expensive and is not one of beverlys better products, its one of my least fav creatine/NO combos Ive tried.

Of the mentioned choices Kreaceps is the best, but if you insist of capped creatine Size-On tablets and Omega Cre Ethyl Thunder are the most effective with their blend of creatine and glycerol. neovar is 3rd place imo as its ahead of most pilled creatines, but will not show you the immediate results that any supp with glycerol will.

Omega is reformulating Thunder too, so it should be even better in the near future.
 
ive taken both Cr2 and Green Bulge.

Im a big fan of Green Bulge.It filled me out nicley where as Cr2 have me pumps for a week and thats it.
 
i have never used green bulge solo, but green bulge/white flood was very good. i had significant strength gains and muscles filled out nicely. felt really motivated to go to gym and hit it hard.

For sure. I remember I stacked Green BULGE + GlycerGROW for 3 months, got a lot of looks at the gym :woohoo:

to be honest i havent taken any caps .. but ive followed logs on neovar(original) .. and it seemed to be working for the people .. green buldge also has a great ingredients in it .. i myself is not fan of creatine caps .. i rather just buy green mag and drink it like a juice lol
