As of this past year I’ve been waking up with puffy eyes. I get sleep, and no stress. It lasts for about 1-3 hours or so. Don’t like it at all. Lol

Anyone have a go to cream that’s good for it and for the skin?

@dsade said he’s creating one. Until then I need one.

Check out local farmers markets

I got this stuff I use from some hippie farmers who make soap and stuff...has argon oil, coffee, and I believe cocoa in it

Stuff like caffeine or cold temperatures will restrict the blood vessels and get rid of the puffiness, at least temporarily

I'm sure you could find something in the pharmacy area for it or some skin care beauty site. I've never done the research myself though so I'm not 100% sure.

I’m going to look in that area. Was just hoping someone went through the trials and found the effective one. A lot of cheap sh!t out there.

Yep, tons of stuff out there....used to use this ball roller thing with a gel on it

A lot of it is junk though, the good stuff is expensive...as with everything, do some research and make an educated decisision

Look at Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG from a company called The Ordinary. It's less than $7 and works (I've been using it for about a year now). The concept of the entire company is making products that only have active ingredients to keep costs down.

Also recommend using a lotion over it as it can cause dry skin in some people. Just get something cheap like neutrogena.

Thanks alek. I’ll look into it. If you been on it for a year then it’s definitely effective.

No problem. I don't get a lot of sleep, so it gets used everyday. Plus at less than 7 bucks, it's worth trying before anything else. Other brands will add other ingredients to sell for way more money when caffeine is the only one working.

Agreed here. I'd try the cheap stuff and see if it works then if it doesn't work you may have to fork over some $ and get the better stuff.

There are some good cbd creams out there that would help. I know they make a few that are made for men in the cosmetic sections of Macy’s. Lab series is one.

I started having this problem at about age 50. I'd wake up with bags under my eyes. A lot of it is hereditary - my dad looked like this at my age. I am happy with everything else with my face except that.

I've tried various eye creams that have caffeine but none are really effective. There are some new creams out there (Sudden Change and some others that are advertised on TV) that cause the skin to tighten up as it dries - in a couple of minutes. They work really well but I have found them to be uncomfortable because they dry the skin and make it look weird and plastic sometimes. You can see them on YouTube. Also, try cold washcloths or cold spoons under the eyes in the morning.

You might want to watch your salt and alcohol intake. If I eat pizza for dinner, it's almost guaranteed I will have puffy eyes the next morning. Also, PDE-5 inhibitors like Cialis really make my face puffy for a couple of days. Nothing like having a raging boner with hideous eye bags ("Honey, don't look at my face").

I plan to eventually have it corrected surgically. I've seen before and after photos and the improvement is amazing and I think it's a pretty simple procedure of removing some of the fat under your eyes.

Good luck.

Amazing reply thank you.

Yes I realized alcohol and high salt intake makes it puffy the next day. I found two products and atm I forgot the names. But once I purchase I’ll try them and put it here for anyone else who may suffer from this.
