Crazy night sweats

I'm approaching week 3 of pct. nolva and clomid together at 40/20/20/20 for nolva and 100/50/50/25 for clomid ! I have been having crazy night sweats on it though I wake up soaking wet any ideas why this is happening? Anything I can do to stop it?

Doses are excessive, maybe that's why. Never had night sweats in PCT though. Lover nolva to 10 and clomid to 25
