Well I was stubborn today and did my deadlift workout. I was weak as heck though, but form was really good because I focused on getting really good reps and setup. Anyways, 365x5, 410x5, 465x4 (soft lockout on the last rep, IDK why, never had that happened before) so I stopped, then hit a single to reach my "5".
Did back xtn, core, bis. stretched good. I have had my rhomboid acting up again lately and that pinch in my low back where I had the fracture.... so I am gona just do mobility, pushups, easy pull ups etc thurs, and friday lighter squats for sets, and stretch a lottttt. Come back hard monday. Prob should have deloaded the past two days, but I felt like lifting....
