Ate a a grilled cheese and sippin some protein as we speak. I had a bit of a headache/lightheadedness on the bench and my joints all hurt(dehydration/not moving much the last 2 days). I probably had another rep and my spotter said I did too but I didn't push it on 255. The 7th rep was still pretty strong but my arms were tiring/hurting. elbow was suffering I think from the dehydration. Overall a great bench session and my arch is definitely helping a boat load +the leg drive.
Not sure if I had much of a pump from the dpol... might take a while for it to build up. I know I did have a good pump in my back and tris though but that's pretty run of the mill, especially for my lats. I did get hot/warm feeling about 30 mins after I took the dpol so maybe I will dose it a little closer next time to my workout (w/ preworkout 30 mins before instead of 1 hour). Still waiting for the slinshot for when I can actually eat a big meal.
Body weight was 191.5.... seems it came back up to normal after drinking lots of water today.
