The only thing I want to add is to the 4 days a week question. Take DAA 7 days a week if using for testosterone boosting. On off days timing is irrelevant, unless you need the focus dose it pre-event of focus as it has a slight nootropic effect.

Just ate like 2k calories all carbs at this family reunion... No meat, no protein of any sort. Oh well. Now I need to go burn it off. "I ran today" I tell myself... Maybe 10 more miles and it'll be okay lol.
 
Note to self. Eat less next time. I just gave a few hundred of those calories back to the toilet without digesting them...

Normally I can but every once in a while this happens. I would say it's more to do with the quality if the food. I'm still messed up but at least I look cut now. Lol. But seriously F this.

Still have a bad headache probably from dehydration so I've been drinking slowly. All I are yesterday was 9 saltine crackers 1 pieces of toast and 1/2 baked potato and barely held it down. Still gona try to bench later I suppose.

No it's called FML diet. I'm down 6-7 pounds from yesterday and stupid headache today. I've been drinking water slow but steady.

I had a protein/granola bar this morning with a glass of milk. That was interesting for my stomach. Had a burger for lunch. That's it so far. Maybe gona eat a small bite here before I head off.

Head to the drugstore and get you some glycerin. Put a tablespoon in like 20oz water and sip on that. The stuff is very hydrophilic, and it concentrates it in muscle tissue. That way you don't excrete any of the water you're taking in, and the water won't go subQ. It's like $5.

Hey, man. I went to four different drugstores in four different towns until I found it, and the closest one was about that far away for me. Sometimes you just gotta make it happen.

TOOO LATE. And the stomach issues were yesterday. Today is just a recovery. I'm not some kinda ***** herd!

I'm poor and have enough gas to get to the gym and work this week, lol. But seriously. Plus I don't have time before I'm supposed to be at the gym.

Edit: PWO, creatine, alcar, 2 ibuprofen are down. feel fine. Headache is even kinda gone though I get it if I stand up or do something really sudden still.
 
I agree on the pill size. I too am a little worried about adding DAA into the GI chaos you have going on right now.

Lap PD - 150x10, 250x7, 290x7,7

Cable tris OH/UH supersets - 10x10,10, break, 10,10, break, DB skulls 25x7, 5+5 OH/UH

Pullups-10

Ate a a grilled cheese and sippin some protein as we speak. I had a bit of a headache/lightheadedness on the bench and my joints all hurt(dehydration/not moving much the last 2 days). I probably had another rep and my spotter said I did too but I didn't push it on 255. The 7th rep was still pretty strong but my arms were tiring/hurting. elbow was suffering I think from the dehydration. Overall a great bench session and my arch is definitely helping a boat load +the leg drive.

Not sure if I had much of a pump from the dpol... might take a while for it to build up. I know I did have a good pump in my back and tris though but that's pretty run of the mill, especially for my lats. I did get hot/warm feeling about 30 mins after I took the dpol so maybe I will dose it a little closer next time to my workout (w/ preworkout 30 mins before instead of 1 hour). Still waiting for the slinshot for when I can actually eat a big meal.

Body weight was 191.5.... seems it came back up to normal after drinking lots of water today.
 
Hopefully all that clears up quick. dpol has never bothered me either, but sounded like your situation could've been uncomfortable ...

Dosing: I've used powder a couple times and would throw it in with my pwo.
 
I feel fine now, actually better after the workout now that I got a little food in me than I did. Nothing like some good physical exercise to get the sickness out of you!

This is the caps, maybe I'll take them sometime I do a little workout and I'll drop the PWO to see what I experience. I'm mostly looking at the DAA end of it because it makes me angry/aggressive as hell and I see decent gains, along with the fact I want a little t boosting after the natadrol, just in case. The pump would just be an added bonus.

Stomach was a little queasy at first but you figure 3 caps d pol, 2 ibuprofen, 1 cap alcar, condense and creatine all at once, well hey that's normal. That might actually be a PR at 255 too... That's pretty dang funny.

You might want to be carefull dosing D-Pol and Condense together. They both contain sizable amounts of nitratine and could be iffy if taken together.

Honestly I don't seem to respond to nitratine with super pumps anyways. I take just shy of a scoop of it on most days, but I will keep an eye out on myself if that makes sense. If I was fine today though I doubt I'll have an issue. What would be the worst side affects?

Lol here bud. Shouldnt have any problems dosing them together. Headaches dizziness and nausea would be about the most common side effects from too many nitrates so just keep an eye on those 3 things

I'm very interested to see how dpol and slinshot do for me. Aaron hooked me up with some that he had leftover and I couldn't pass them up.

So I popped some (2) slinshot today before lunch. Had some grilled chicken, milk and two grilled cheese. Protein and dairy is still not settling the best with my stomach but everything else. That said my stomach feels empty already. Well see how this workout goes.
 
Well I'm still weak, I'm gona take the Dpol with lunch at least til my stomach is normal as its making me gassy and bloaty. Anyways. Legs are still weak from max squats running the next day and then being sick the next day. I could tell they were killing my form and my butt wanted to shoot up. My hams were weak and kinda hurt too. My left that I pulled 2.5 years ago was actin up. And my left SIJ was stupid loose. Enough I was worried about pulling but it got good enough during the light sets that I just hit my 5 reps for heavy. Sean I didn't use any straps today so you can slap my back and my hams and glutes were definitely giving out before my grip today. Lol. Which is very unusual for me. Whatever. Hit my reps and a heavy double so I'm happy. Full log update later.
 
I need help. I'm not mobile enough in the shoulders I think to get into low bar AND keep my wrists straight at the same time. Any advice.

I always grip/bend the bar and pull my shoulders under after...similar to how in a front squat Olympic style the hands are set and the shoulders are pulled under second. Don't know if that helps man.

Ya, but I gota really jam my body up under and work the bar down only my delts and my wrists just bend or else my shoulders get stuck. Maybe just stretches for the shoulder or try and pin them back more, I tried everything today when I was working on form w/ bar and 135. They were killing me when I maxed like I thought I was gona tear them off lol. I varied grip width and elbow angle etc. I have a great setup for high bar but I can't seem to nail the low bar.

I don't wrap my hands around it, I just press it into my back with my palms.

Whys it matter? If it feels more comfortable then it works.

I was allowed to do that in the APF meet FWIW.
 
Just unfamiliar, nothing wrong with it. I will have to try it out some more with rep weights.

EDIT: I hit the squat position sean and herd have been talking about, sitting down, knees outside of feet with feet at shoulder width and back strong and chest up, pushing through the outside of the feet all that fun stuff, and it felt good. Knees aren't used to it yet, but it will come. I want to open my toes/hips more but I don't think I should. I had them about 10-15*.
 
Is it a bad idea to take a cap of slinshot before eating ice cream lol. I love ice cream. I better not start using this stuff to justify cheat meals.
 
So the beard is getting long... Soon I will be under high pressure to shave (from the lady) but I don't wana lose my gains. I'm thinking of doing a bit of a trim to the sides and leave the bottom full and fade. I always regret shaving at all when I do though.

Should be fun. I'm kind wondering where the extra BW is that I have been carrying. I thought I was getting fat but the last few days I've been looking lean and pretty vascular. I can tell I'm bigger. I just haven't seen that carry over to the lifts as much as I'd like, even though I did have a kinda crappy max week. I did set PRs on bench and squat, but deads was a no go which kinda put a damper on the week.

Eh, I shouldn't have went for it that day. I wasn't feeling it in warm ups. I'm gona go for it in a month or two, wait for a day I feel GREAT, and just hit it then instead of what I'm supposed to. I always make myself try when I tell myself I'm going to. Pulls were weak again this week, my hams were weak, bad, from squating I think. I need to keep training and then go for 575 next time, not make such a big jump. My TM right now is 510, but my actual max from 3 months ago is 550.

CNS. That is all.

My CNS can't be fried after a deload week :( Pulling was the first lift I did. I think I was out of my groove though from not lifting hard or normal. I seem to lift best that third week of the cycle, when I feel the worst before going into the gym. My body feels beat. Then I get in the gym and I come alive and feel great. After a deload I feel like crap. I don't know how that makes sense or works.


Last 2 workouts coming up.
