Could use some help (epistane questions)

Hey guys.. I'm a newbie to USING these types of things, I've only run one cycle last year of Decabolen, so I'm not nearly as versed as I would like to be. I workout 5-6 times a week and have made some good progress. In May of 2007 I was 250 lbs and WAY overweight (approx 36% bf). Now, I'm about 173 lbs and somewhere around 15-20%.

Here's my questions, and please help me out. I know newbies are often looked down upon, but I've read so many things here and for every post that says something is great and works incredibly, there's another post discrediting it.

I've hit a wall to an extent. I have some decent muscle tone in my arms, but I REALLY want to tighten up and get my stomach, chest and back tightened up and gain a lot of muscle. I've read more good things than bad about Epistane. Is there anyone who can tell me what I should run Epistane to maximize my results? I've seen so many stacks and don't know what is the most significant one to shoot for. I have former man boobs that are a little saggy, but have tightened up a good bit, now it's just shaping them up.

Any suggestions? I'm not an idiot, I'm not new to working out, I'm 28 in May, so when I say I'm a newbie, that just means this is my first post. I've been reading at this site for over a year and decided to dig in. Thanks in advance guys..
 
u should do more research especially about oral steroids...and u will get more responses if posted in the steroid section...
 
Have you ever run a ph/ps before? What does your diet look like?

THere are a plethora of questions that need to be answered prior to advice on ph/ps IMO
 
hmm..well, the first thing you want to look into is your diet. thats gonna have to be on par to see any good results from an oral compound. second would be your training.

have you made any gains while trying the natural route? diet and training are about 80% of making your body the way you want it.

with that being said, there are hundreds of epi logs ( check out havoc as well) describing gains sides what to take how to take it. If your diet and training are in check you should see some pretty good results from it.

search for logs and then form some specific questions and im sure wed be happy to answer them..
 
sounds like you've made some impressive progress so far bud, keep up the great work!

these guys have been giving some solid advice! if you're still in the upper teans of BF% then you prob haven't really hit the wall yet...you probably just need to switch up your training and diet a little. there is an ocean of info on the forum, take a look around and learn a little.

if you're main goal is fat loss then consider some basics for supplements:

You can find tonsss of info on Epistane, and some really awesome stacks people have ran it with in the past on the IBE section of the forum :thumbsup:

Also have you thought about your PCT yet or are you just focused on learning about what Epistane is capable of ran as a stand alone or in a stack ??
 
I'm trying to learn about it all before doing anything. I already have products for the liver support from when I bought a little extra when I ran the decabolen. My main goal is adding some good, lean muscle while tightening everything up. I would say my diet is in great shape. I eat very clean, aside from maybe one day a week. One the one day a week I don't go crazy, but it would be eating out or something to that nature. I eat a lot of natural peanut butter, nuts, wheat breads, b/s chicken, etc. Occasionally I'll have lean beef. That's not my WHOLE diet, but it is the main staples.

I had planned on running Noval as my pct, but am open to other suggestions. I'm still a couple weeks away from doing this, so I'm trying to get more information before doing it. Thanks again guys. I appreciate any advice, tips, etc.
