Ideal dosing would be first thing in the morning, pre-workout, post-workout, and just before bed, since that's when your cortisol levels are at their highest.
I would recommend:
Gym Days - dose first thing in the morning, dose 30 min pre-gym, dose last thing at night (and if you want, post-gym too - optional).
Non-Gym Days - dose first thing in the morning, dose ~4 hours later (or post-cardio - if you do it), dose last thing at night.
