Cortisol Modulating

do cort products have any side effects

I don't know how severe these can be, but a quick google search of low cortisol gives:

hypoglycemia
a decrease in cardiac output
weakness
decreased immune function
decreased response to stress
feeling less alert

There's also a chance of some sort of cortisol rebound I'd imagine. I may have read this somewhere here at AM, but I may be mistaken.

For something that directly drops blood cortisol levels such as 11-OXO, I do not suggest taking it within 6 hours before bed or you will HATE life the next morning, i.e. you dont wanna wake up.
ever.
ever.

That's my favorite time to take it. But I was dealing with sleep issues most don't have. And it leaned me out better that way.

Ok, so how much PS is a "normal" dose?
Do you bring your way up or just slam a dose when you first start?

Yeah I'm interested in this. I mean with Lean Extreme (which is 150mg PS per pill I think), I have one before breakfast, one pre workout and one postworkout.

But looking at getting some Endoamp Max next, and was looking at the dosages. Should I take it all before breakfast, all pre workout, all post workout or split up the dosage. I'm confused too ?

Im pretty sure most anti oxidants would also turn pro during workouts ....

This is the 2nd time you've posted this in the thread, and now this will be the 2nd time I ask you (B/C I got no response the first time). Where are the studies proving this? "I'm pretty sure" just doesn't get it done for me. I dont think anyone here is taking any anti-oxidants pre/intra workout anyway. I've specifically stated POST...I'll repeat for you...POST.
