Some studies out there on it. This is something you could take for a few months, probably even a year. It will reduce cortisol, it is not suppressive, and it will promote your immune system. I was able to use it, have a log up. Sleep was good, leaned up, and gained lean mass and strength. It is not anabolic, but it is anti catabolic.Hi thebigt,
I have some questions to ask;
could this product have liver problems? I am afraid of having fatty liver problems, or something like that, surely I will have high transaminases (in a few days I will go to the doctor anyway for the prescription of specific blood tests).
Possibly, the optimal dosage?
Could it cause joint problems?
How long could I take it? 1 month? 2 months? 3 months? should I cycle?
Thank you!

Lowering cortisol through any means will cause some drying out, so take some omega 3s. Only side effect I can see is increased cytokine production. Nothing on liver. It is not liver toxic if that is what you are wondering. It might interest me.
But I have some doubts about the likely "side effects", can it affect the liver? for those who, like me, suffer from pains in the elbow, could affect something?

We generally recommend .5ml twice per day

It may increase urination if your body does not need it. Don't quote me though. Just making a deduction.Ive taken 3 grams of vit c a day, esp when in contest prep, and never noticed any more urination than normal. Does vit C cause increase urination?
Really is. If I go through another bout of extreme stressors in life, it will be number 1 on my list to buy.Invictus. B-AET is one of the most underrated supplements.
yes...it is!!!Invictus. B-AET is one of the most underrated supplements.

every time i´ve used over RDI x dose, doesn´t matter what time i take it (except for post-wo, when i can tolerate higher doses), as it is water soluble, and your body does not store it, taking high doses means whatever not used is thown out through urine. i try to spread it through out the day 500mg x dose, but still

If you experience dry joints you can easily lower dosage...this is one of the great things about our TD's, extremely flexible dosing.
I have not seen any data suggesting the need to cycle b-AET, but we generally recommend taking a break after 2-3 months.
Glycine and/or KSM66 year around works fine.Hi guys, please do you recommend a good product that keeps cortisol at bay? thank you
I've answered the question regarding active in Invictus quite a few times on here. In doing a search I see that you asked this recently...surprised none of the reps answered this one for you. Sorry about that, but this isn't something we've been hiding.Thank you.
It's great that somebody could respond but why you don't put this information on the bottle?
Never heard/read about Glycine affecting cortisol.. i´ll try to search and seeGlycine and/or KSM66 year around works fine.

I feel vit c helps me out a lot esp when under a lot of stress like pre contest.
so whats your cortisol level? (dutch test?)thank you all. unfortunately I'm going through a bad time, nervousness, anxiety, and now I'm seeing my health worsened. visceral fat, I sleep little at night, upper-right liver pain, acne behind my back, tic disorder, swollen stomach, poor digestion, soft stools ... it's a difficult time, I'm nervous all day.
So what do we do to make the best of it?VITAMIN C
As your body perceives stress, your adrenal glands make and release the hormone cortisol into your blood stream. Cortisol causes an increase in your heart rate and blood pressure.
One of the most overlooked uses of Vitamin C is the body's stress response system. The adrenal glands require Vitamin C to stay healthy and manufacture the adrenal hormones that cope with stress, particularly Cortisol. The more Cortisol produced, the more Vitamin C used, so Vitamin C is essential to the entire HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis). This axis is one of the most important elements of homeostasis, the process that maintains a steady internal biochemical and psychological balance in your body. While stress accelerates Vitamin C depletion in all the tissues in your body, the adrenals glands are especially effected, which must respond to every stressor.
During stress, Vitamin C dissapears from the blood stream at a rapid rate. Whether it's exercise or dealing with heavy life siutations, your adrenals need Vitamin C, when they cannot produce the additional hormones required to maintain you during stressful times your whole body can feel it, ongoing fatigue, weakened immune response, decreased joy / increased frustration aswell as inability to respond to small stressors are a few. OVERUSE OF CAFFIENE CAN ALSO INCREASE CORTISOL LEVELS. Can be very beneficial in replenishing your levels. Heightened Cortisol can also inhibit your ablity to sleep.
