I've torn my labrum and a friend recommended BPC 157 but I now see that this is only useful for soft tissue but not cartilege particularly. So two questions, am I correct in thinking now that IGF-1 is good for cartiledge damage, and secondly I can't find anything about dosage anywhere. Thanks.

Igf1-lr3. I take 50mcg a day IM. Have a damaged rotator and it has seemed to help. Also keeps me pumped up all day!

Does it need to be injected at the site of injury? How deep? Is subq alright?

What about how many doses? The IGF i'm looking at comes in 1mg vials.

real IGF is difficult to find

you might want to investigate a combo of GHRP and GHRH, or IPA + Mod GRF 1-29
