My rountine for my core is one day ill do front abs and the next day ill do obilques and then the follwing day go back to my front abs. I know one shouldn't do abs more than two to three times a week so if I'm doing abs x3 and obliquesx3 a week...will I be over training my core or is going back and forth allow one to rest while I work the other?
