COP, TTA, chocamine & citruline malate...

You have these four supplements; how would u dose them (times and mgs)?

I searched, but I didn't find any info that satisfied me.

The choc is a bulk NP product, and the rest are SNS goodies.

TTA = 1-2g everyday
COP = 1-2g everyday
Cit Mal = 6-9g preworkout

I've never used bulk chocamine, so I don't have any personal experience with it.
 
I agree with antiheros dosing.

I would do
Coca, COP, Cit mal all pre work out. Then I would do TTA away from meals by AT LEAST 30mins. If you train fasted you can take a dose of tta pre work out as well. Watch for cramping though. Sns is smart and includes electrolytes to help avoid cramping issues but in high doses you may still experience problems.

It can be dosed strictly pre-workout, however I prefer daily dosing.

Start taking these 30mins pre.
