Cooking with whey

I really like the texture of the mint bars. Taste is pretty good too.

I wish there was more mint flavor. Yes, if there are more mint chinks, it is has a little more of a mint taste, but they could just use mint extract.

On a side note, the other day, I kept my S'mores bar in the oven for a little too long. Spots of the outside of the bar got a little crispy while the inside was soft and hot, it was just like a S'more due to the crispy texture on the outside.

It's probably been a year since I've had a Quest bar, but I used to mold them (especially CCCD) into a cookie shape and bake at 350. I'm not sure on the exact time, but am guessing about 10 mins.

I'm just giving you crap brother I personally don't eat quest (or any other bars for that matter) because I could easily smash a few in a sitting and not feel satisfied.
 
Sounds amazing, but it also sounds like it could just resemble a regular cinnamon protein powder. Curious to see how the graham gets through.

Did you ever try the KLP? It had little bits of graham crackers in it and they were pretty distinct to me. This has the potential to be pretty amazing if you're a graham cracker fan

This... The klp had a legit "crust" of graham. One of the best mix ins of any protein I've ever had.

havent tried either of these flavors but the key lime pie is a must have (coming from someone who doesnt even like klp ha) and the no bake cookie, while not the flavor I had hoped for, is also very good. I ahve yet to be let down by an mts flavor.

Just started following Marc's IG, was looking at Tiger & MTS feeds but had nothing... Weird lol

$50 for 5lb is pretty much the standard. They don't go on sale too much or too often.

The flavors are stellar though. I would put these right up there with select as 1a/b for best product for taste and quality.

If you don't use it straight you should just buy bulk ... I know a good quality place relatively cheap, PM if you want.
 
Chocolate Covered Banana Whey Smooth MugCake

40g Complete Pancake Mix
30g Whey Smooth Chocolate Covered Banana
Dash Salt
Dash Baking Powder
Dash Splenda
8g SF/FF pudding Mix
1 Egg
50g Greek Yogurt
Dash Water for batter
Topped with Hershey Syrup and layered with 75g Banana

Mix all in a bowl (add wet last) transfer to tupperware container that is coated in cooking spray and microwave for 3-4 minutes on a medium power
Cut into thirds, layer with banana and chocolate syrup

Macros:
40g Protein
70g Carbs
7g Fat
 
I have only purchased the No bake cookie MTS machine whey and wasn't impressed.. Will trade a 80% full tub to anyone with a reasonable protein 4 protein offer
