Cooking with whey

When I want low carb pancakes I use coconut and/or peanut flour. But I came across a low carb pancake mix at a local low carb specialty store. They carry two brands, Maple Grove & New Hope Mills. Ingredients and Stats are similar. Anyone try these or anything similar?

Ingredients: Wheat Gluten, Corn Starch, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Milk Protein, (casein protein, whey protein), Leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, mono calcium phosphate), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt.

Nutrition Facts: per 1/3 cup dry mix (34 g ) : Calories 100, Fat 2 g, Saturated Fat 1 g, Trans Fat 0 g, Cholesterol 30 mg, Sodium 240 mg, Carbohydrate 11 g, Fiber 5 g, Sugar 0 g, Sugar Alcohol 0 g, Protein 16 g.

Pancake mixes using gluten as a main ingredient are pretty decent.

One of the best ways to get it low carb but not get an eggy texture

I did a few of my own just using vital wheat gluten but didn't post them because the world is all twisted into this no gluten fad

Lol true. I usually make my own homemade low carb bread with vital wheat gluten. Thought to work with though.

On the right is Solution's snickerdoodle cookies...3 of the cookies have cinnamon chips to try it out. They have 3 chips as I am trying to not defeat the purpose.

On left I got a sugar free brownie mix, added 2 scoops of whey. Then I used applesauce instead of oil. Then I took some powdered pb and drizzled it on. Pretty easy stuff.

I bought a waffle maker so I am gonna look at some of you guys waffle recipes soon ?

Oh dude I've made them a few times now. I keep it in the rotation. Super easy and quick to make, and tastes awesome! The wife even really likes them.

Glad you enjoy the recipe my man. Chef bob is always trying to stir up some good stuff in the kitchen, glad you can utilize it in your house hold as well.

Not really cooking as there was no 'cooking' but there's whey in it!

Walnut chocolate Vanilla Protein Bombs. (I might have added drops of Kahlua as well lol)

Snickerdoodle cookie cream sandwiches.
Phenomenal.

My question is, how many times did it take to get the sandwiches to stack like that without falling over so you could get the picture lol

The average recipe I do is 10 minutes prep, max

This week I had Tues/Thursday off

Last week was Wed/Saturday

Random weekly 2 days off

How do I get this job....?

Also, how do I not get fat? haha

thats cause the things Driven2lift and I make are not very caloric dense.
Hell most of the things are around 60-100 calories a pop.

Anyone on here can eat a single serving or multiple servings of the things we bake and still easily lose weight or gain weight depending on goal.

You can always have your cake and cookies and eat them too :)

I get a fair mix of both through various social media outlets. I think the lower kcal ones really attract people because most who like the recipes are people dieting and like things to curb their sweet tooth in a lower caloric fashion instead of the real thing. Anything to imitate a sweet or dessert usually is a killer recipe.

Driven was the one asking to send the nudes and being homo not me. I would never tell anyone that being a ginger kid.

I don't know how to respond without sharing personal details...

Lets Just say I've proved my heterosexuality multiple times in the last 24 hours
