Any other guys here post recipes a lot on social media?

^^ I wasn't that impressed with PBC based on a single serving sample (in water and sludge).

SD >>>> PBC

Is that much better in baking?

Personally I think CPBC is best in a shake with water. Baking is still good but SD is king here for me

If I had to pick a baking king SD is still it.
PBC suits certain recipes far better though obviously

They are tied for my #1

For me I can use infinite amount of water with SD and it still tasted amazing. PBC I used 16oz and it was 7/10 IMO

Agreed on the SD. Pretty sure I've used in excess of 60oz more than once ha... PBC I have yet to truly test the limits but I can see how too much would be easily attainable. 30oz is still doable tho

I love pb, but found it wasn't as rich a flavour I was hoping for. I stopped adding water after 16-18 oz.

Select PBC mini mug cake with oxyelite banana frosting: easily the best protein creation I've made to date

Mug cake:

3/4 scoop pbc select
1 tbsp pb2
1 tsp natural coconut sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Pamela's gf chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp milk

Mixed and cooked for 45 sec in microwave

Frosting:

3/4 scoop banana OEP
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Whip together until whipped frosting consistency is achieved

Kodiak Cakes > Wal Mart Brand or any other brand

Have not had a problem making a good recipe with Wal mart pancake mix. Ill give it a whirl in the future once i get some more carbs!

To each their own ;) some people like premium ice cream, but I like premium pancake mix. But when you do try it you will not be disappointed :D

i like premium ice cream. I just prefer my cheat meals to be spent on premium ice cream, not making protein pancakes.
if i am going to get premium pancakes ill go to decluas as featured on man vs food. and get the real deal

Ok not sure what the abbreviations mean but am right to assume you are using cassein protein to make your treats mostly? Isolate isn't very good at keeping things moist I find.. And pea or soy protein makes things too gravelly lol.

A lot of us use Select which us a very nice middle ground of 50/50 whey/casein

Personally Whey/isolates are great for rising agents like pancakes, muffins, waffles etc
Casein or thick protein is great for cheesecakes or binding agents like rice/bread puddings

just from my experience over the last 200+ Videos i have made.

Can you two just get it over with and have a bakeoff? The potential is ridiculous.

Really the bake-off is ongoing... The Solution has his YouTube collection and Driven2lift has his website now.
Only way to really pick a winner is if you taste all of them. So not going to happen ... End result is both have phenomenal ideas, skills and presentation.

^ thanks brother ;)

Bob and I are brothers more than competitors

Once upon a time in the contest thread U was 100% competing and failing lol

Hey I like to see a bake off, that would be fun! like masterchef, but you have to call it masterwhey.

There is a promo coming soon using Select Protein, we had one a couple years back and it was fantastic

if you don't have Select, grab some ;)

And your thoughts on chef Bob goods?
Oh wait you came back next day begging for more :)

I won't lie, your goods were great! Since I've already seconds and thirds I'm probably in the best position to compare... Driven2lift make me some stuff to try and I'll settle it ;)

Please tell me how I can keep up to date on this promo, I like to get some select protein and see what the fuss is about. :)

You liking the KLP?

Looks good

Not sure if I could eat it or not, intolerant to lime
Instant vomiting

I actually really like it... Based on taste tests of RVC & CnC MTS at the Arnold I rate it first. The Solution puts RVC ahead ... Next up for me is Caramel Sutra.
