I got some new recipes in the works. My boys at the manager office in NYC are feeding me well lately. Just gotta find a way to fit them into my poverty kcals GNO you feel me on that?

Its a little different because I used Select (with half casein)
One final tweek to account for this.

But anyone trying it with strait whey should get it damn near a bagel density.

Once you post the recipe, I'm ordering a donut tray. Does anyone know if they have silicone ones?

I wouldnt bother, the one i have was $8 and works perfectly
I would only want silicone for a recipe needing shaping or prone to sticking, which isnt really an issue with donuts

some things are better with the real thing, i would argue tiramisu is one of those foods.
 
had it at a real italian restaurant, and even with some extra ingredients (real alcohol) i was almost buzzed eating the dessert. was phenomenal.

My nonna who passed away 6 months ago made the best tiramisu. Always the best and freshest mascarpone, amazing!
