^ thanks again for the suggestion Bob but his upfront costs were out of my range.
Would be a solid option for a business.

Went with another reply I got locally who had past work similar to what I was after

I wish I had my damn waffle maker with me. On top of that, wish I had Kodiak cakes to use. Can't find them where I am. But in 5 weeks, I'll have both at my disposal :)
 
Speaking of waffle makers, I had one, but returned it right away. The batter kept going over the sides. After I returned it, I was thinking it was my fault. Either A, the batter was too thin and/or B, I was filling it too much. Any insights from waffle pros here? I prefer them much more than pancakes.

Likely too much liquid, happened to me once and adjusted.

If its overflowing you added too much.
 
Yup, as these guys have said. Happened to me my first time then i just poured less batter in and boom no problems.

Well, I suck at life! I got so frustrated with it. Now I'm about to go buy a new one over the weekend. Do you guys suggest one that you can rotate? That is what I had before. Ir just one that sits stationary?

Stationary is fine.
more is not always better in a waffle maker hence the overflow

like trying to cook too much oatmeal in a bowl and it blows over the side.
 
Just buy a regular ol waffle maker.

I used solutions brownie recipe, and then just added cookies and cream topping-greek yogurt/regular yogurt/almond milk/cookies and cream casein/1 serving of Walmart Oreos

So far I've done snickerdoodle cheesecake, cupcakes, and snickerdoodle cookies...man I am hooked!

I have a rotating one and honestly i dont ever even use the rotating function of it. When i used to rotate it sometimes it gets stuck if the mix expands too much, can be kind of a pain in the ass. I would just buy a stationary one (assuming it is cheaper).
 
I grabbed a single serving waffle maker at Walmart last fall. It was a SS Oster for $24.99 = winning!
