Ok guys want to get my webpage up before this feature so it can be linked to, already found my designer and server host,

Doing a front page of categorized pictures with recipes, with room to comment.

Separate page as an open forum type for user submissions, requests, protein product discussion, and categorized fitness discussions.

FYI Bob 100% linking to you and would love a "guest post"

My dilemma: what do i call my site?

Driven2bake? Lol I'm totally stumped for a title

Make sure your person coding knows SEO very well, especially for google.

I highly recommend getting yourself some basic coding skills (Html/ CSS, and in the language your designer favors) so if something goes wrong, you dont have to keep paying someone to debug basic code.

Did you not see my Molten Chocolate Cupcakes/Muffins? Those would be perfect for you. already on my youtube!

^^^ Interested to hear thoughts about the MT whey. I'm a little skeptical about it myself and it's pricey too.

MuscleTech Micellar Whey Protein

Taste

Chocolate – I would have to state this is a very sweet chocolate flavor. The added MaltoDextrin is a reason why this is on the sweeter side compared to a dark or milk chocolate that may be more common the supplement milk. Think about a Hershey bar with a touch of added sugar or kick to it. That is the best way to describe this flavor. While it is unique it does pack a punch and leave a long lasting flavor in multiple ways. I did not try this as a shake, but I would venture to say this will be a bit sweeter than normal and you may need to add a bit more liquid that it recommends to find your sweet spot with flavoring.

Mixability

I used this in yogurt, used to bake with it (Pancakes), and I made Brownies (Picture below). All three ways came out great and had no problems with mixing. There were no clumps left behind, but this did mix on the thicker side. I am going to point the finger to the gums added into the formula which is why that happened.

Formula

Per Scoop:
2g Fat
6g Carbs
24g Protein

Micellar Whey, Cocoa, Maltodextrin as the first three ingredients. With that said the Cocoa is there for the major chocolate flavoring. Dextrose is used for the added carbohydrates and sweetness of the chocolate flavoring. Xanthan Gum and Cellulose gum are used to help with the thickness of the overall product. Sucralose is the main sweetener in the product but with the added Cocoa and Malto it really gives this a sweet flavoring.

Cost

There is no cost available for this product yet, But I had to say with how MuscleTech does run deals I would not be surprised to see a B1 G1 50% off or a 20% off intro sale on the whey protein. MuscleTech is a very giving company, they run incredible deals, and make very affordable products. That is one of the major benefits of the company.

I still can't beat Red velvet as a sludge mixed with strawberries and a trader joes crushed up granola bar
eat it every single night. am not sick of it.

Do you guys have any recipes that you would reccomend that you could make multiple servings relatively easy that you think tastes good? I was thinking along the lines of brownies, or cookies, or muffins...not pancakes as I already have that. I have to make something tomorrow for Saturday so I don't have much wiggle room to mess up. I have snickerdoodle protein, as well as chocolate and vanilla.

Also, just bought the little cheese cake baking things...will definitely be trying some of that for myself soon as I love cheese cake!

Thanks guys

Definitely the cheesecake ^

Are you looking for any specific macros or calories?

Cookies and muffins are very simple. Just find a recipe in the PES cooking thread.

Hmm...I haven't really thought too much about it. The main thing is going to be taste. I am bringing it to work so I don't really have a set group of people I am giving it to. I can use flour or pancake mix or whatever for carbs, but it would be nice to use stevia instead of sugar as a bonus.

I will check that thread out again. There is just so many recipes out there, and with my little experience I don't want to mess it up haha

Edit: going trough some of this, one thing I am seeing I will need in the future and do not have is a bullet or grinder for oats

You can buy oat flour

only about 40+ pf them right? i got all those videos on my youtube too just search Bkupniewski and whatever you want to cook Bkupniewski cookie Bkupniewski Brownie etc

I am thinking the snickerdoodle cookies will be one thing I will make from that thread. I just need to pick one more thing with either vanilla or chocolate protein.

I am subscribed to your YouTube. Lots of stuff seems to be single serves that I find...plus I am such a noob I thought I needed to ground oats for the flour since I always see that is what you do. I am gonna try the individual cheesecakes from your channel soon. They look delicious.
