S'mores makes some very good homemade smores
Mix with yogurt get graham crackers and crush in half, and then use a real marshmallow and melt it a bit

I love the idea of a 3 serving trial tub (hope there at the Arnold) and flavours sound good. Never tried Pronom but others have said it's good.

I wish there was a CCCD flavour but it works well, me and Bob have good gluten free cookie dough recipes using chickpeas to make this extra healthy

I've used chickpeas like that too and as a base for veggie meatballs. Drop them into a sauce for change from meatballs once in a while.

Baked Alaska! Rum raisin soaked cake layers between Cookies and cream PES Select protein ice cream, with dark chocolate chunks, topped with a meringue and lightly broiled.

Basics of how to make.

Make 1.5 L protein ice cream, freeze

Line a big bowl with plastic wrap

Slice a pound cake (I made my own healthier one) into 1/2 inch strips,

Rum and raisins in saicepan, Boil, then simmer for 5, then cool

Stir raisins and chocolate chunks (I used dark) into ice cream

1/2 ice cream into plastic wrapped bowl,
Place a layer of cake in top, cut pieces to fit and cover it all, press in lightly.

Repeat last step.

Freeze 5-8 hours

Whip eggwhite powder and hot water for topping, until forms soft peaks
Add sugar or splenda, whip until firm peaks

Invert bowl onto a baking sheet, peel off the plastic wrap

Broil on lowest rack until browned, eat immediately

Lol no remember I mentioned this recipe incoming yesterday,
Froze it overnight (20 mins in kitchen last night then the meringue and broil when I got home)

My schedule isn't fixed though, so some days my iff days are week days, friends and wife all working so I can do something more intricate, like the Croquembouche

I do on those days.

I have a home gym and without fail go for doubles on my days off just to kill a bit of time

In the summer its no issue I'm back to 60+ hour weeks but winter is crazy slow.

And in summer if I'm off I'm at the beach or playing paintball/airsoft among other things.
Right now my only option is building snowmen
