Cooking with whey

Looking to see how many Americans know what they are

I can't remember the last time I had one, I'd rather have something else for a cheat. I would make my own cleaner version though.

They look fantastic!!

I was referring to "real" Nanaimo bars. They're sugar+butter basically. Driven's version are clean (all good fats).

Most of my recipes are, this one is pretty legit though lol.

We had a good discussion in another group about what constitutes clean eating i will grab my definition

Fudge would melt
Don't think so
I already told you multiple times what i am making
i think your losing your mind :)
Lol not quite, my memory does suck though. Maybe you had a secret surprise.
It will still be cold out, but didn't think of the temp inside the expo building

Expo Line-up:
Molten Chocolate Pretzels
vanilla whipped pretzel
Blueberry Extract Pretzels (With vanilla whipped)
Raspberry Extract Pretzels (with vanilla whipped)
Cor-Fetti Cupcakes
Molten Chocolate Brownies
PB Marshmallow Cookies
Cinnamon Swirl Bread/Loaves

Going to put a bit of everything in bags instead of doing huge stockpiles like last year and tupperware which was a PITA
this way i can give away a bag and have a bit of everything.

No requests :(

Something very tricky I'm working on hopefully coming later tonight

The hardest stage of my recipe is done, just two more parts to do.

This will be good to say I've done but never again. Too much work for legit pastries

Driven, your baking game is ridiculous. Nobody can hang with you lol swear.

About how long did this take you to finish? Lol

Thank you brother :)
Much more to come

As you can guess from my last few recipes I'm bulking again ;)
Some of the extra cals are saved for dessert

About how long did this take you to finish? Lol

I would say 2 hours of actual work (not counting baking and cooling time)

There are 3 recipes to make so no real breaks while things bake though.
The filling takes a bit, dough, and the topping

Using the injecting gun I blew two of them up lol I need some more baking utensils

Fresh baked Snickerdoodles

Like the pic of the stack, did you try to bite into that all at once? ;)

If I can manage to find Malted milk powder and dried eggwhites I have two more recipes lined up

I have soy-free egg white protein powder (with sunflower lecithin). A little grainier texture than egg white protein w/ soy lecithin. I like it for baking.

I have a lot to try.

I would need a month to try it all without getting obese lol

You need to stop here. its by the expo

Thank me later :)

“Best-of-the-Best Blondies & Brownies" —Food Network
Winners of Throwdown! with Bobby Flay

a guy got me a pineapple upside down blondie last year
Holy Fuukkkkk

it was unreal.

Fun idea I picked up from another baking addict.

If you don't know what to try next, go to bulk Barn and randomly pick two numbers, one between 1-5 and the other between 1-20

That us your aisle and product number, whatever it is buy it and get it in a recipe.

(My BB has 5 aisles before it hits the pastas/flours)

I wound up with chocolate Blueberries

So what's the plan?

Chocolate blueberry cookies? Or could you melt on top of a cheesecake.

I was considering melting it down into a swirled cheesecake, or cooked into muffins
