Cooking with whey

Man, I need to catch up on these videos. I have just been writing down the recipes and had no idea you were in them.
 
One of my favorites: Cellucor Taylor Ham, Spinach, Egg White and Cheese "McGriddles"

For the four pancakes:

20g Vanilla Whey
30g Complete Pancake Mix
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix
1/4 TSP Baking Powder

A Lil bit more than 1/8 cup water
10g Greek Yogurt
1 Egg White

Make pancakes....

Then 4 egg whites, 2 slices lean Canadian bacon, 1 slice fat free cheese and 130g spinach (not all on the squich mind you)

Total Macros: 415 Cals | 3F | 40C (8F) | 50P

Put it in the toaster oven for a nice toasty crunch as well... my god

but I have a pancake pan from a couple of years ago: Invalid Link Removed

when i was noob. so i dusted it off, used it to ensure the pancakes would be the same size, then after cooking the pancakes, i wiped it clean and inserted four egg whites, one in each, and just let them cook so they'd be the same size. fried the taylor ham with pam, and microwaved the spinach. put it all together, and then through it in the toaster oven so it would be nice and crunchy and the cheese nice and melted. effing delish
 
Ill do just egg and cheese, ill find a way to get a nice small circle somehow.....

What flavor whey should i use for the Pancakes?

i did vanilla, but my brother wants me to try CinnaSwirl.

I'm thinking this for the waffle sandwich:

2 cinna swirl waffles
grilled chicken
cheese
bacon
lettuce and tomato

toasted of course
 
Should bread the chicken would make it epic, but prob not good on your macros.
I was thinking CCCD would be pretty funny for the pancakes with the eggs, but then again chocolate + eggs is actually pretty good believe it or not haha.
Cinn Swirl sounds good may have to bust it out.

hate breaded chicken too. never was a fan of chicken cutlets. my mom even makes me a special grilled chicken parm while everyone get's her breaded ones
 
I'm making that for sure! Your pancakes rose so much. Bob, for the egg, you could try and make an omelet and instead of folding it in half, fold each "side" to the center.
 
That's why I wrap the whole thing in a few pieces of fried low sodium ham to hold the hash browns in! lol

It looks like just an old glass jar top without the center.
 
So what did you do. cook the eggs, and then put them in the hamburger maker and push them down and then put on the sandwich?
I assume you scrambled them first until fully done and then hammered them on that maker to form a circle?

There are various kinds of "egg rings". The single egg version is from Target and most places with cooking supplies should have them as well. You can pour the egg directly into the rings (whole, scrambled, mixed with whatever) and they shouldn't leak out while cooking.

I am going to cook the eggs in a skillet i do not have anything like that
i do have a hamburger shaper, but you cannot cook them on that it just wont work. youc an use it to mold things, but the eggs will be cooked.

im filming the video now
ill just make a small omelete and cut in half.

Recipe

Dry:
25g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey
40g Complete Pancake Mix
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)

Wet:
1 Egg White
16g Greek Yogurt (1 Tablespoon)
1/8 Cup Water

Filling:

4 Egg Whites
1 Slice Fat Free Cheese
Dash Hot Sauce

Directions

Start by mixing your Dry in a bowl (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix)
Add in Wet (Water/Egg White/ and Greek Yogurt) and stir with a spoon until batter like consistency is formed to make pancakes.
Pre-heat griddle on a medium power which is on the stove, and spray with cooking spray prior to cooking.
Drop in circles and let cook for 2 minutes on one side, flip, and then finish the other side and set the pancakes aside.

Pre-heat skillet with cooking spray on a medium power and make a small omelet. Flip omelet half way through after pushing edges in and letting egg residue/liquid get to the bottom to help create a full omelet without breaking.
Flip omelet and allow it to finish. When done cut into ¼’s and then layer the bottom pancake with ¼ of the egg, place a half slice of cheese, and the other ¼ of the egg on top.
Repeat for the second sandwich and then fold together and serve!
Top with hot Sauce/ketchup or other desired sauces you may want!

Protein ~ 50g
Carbs ~ 40g
Fat ~ 3g

Mine turned out good but it was baked and I am impatient lol

Cinn. Swirl is definitely one of the best powders for breads
 
imma do that monday when i get my new macros.. this sunday i know i'm eating 4 burgers with some wonderful nature's harvest 40 cal per slice toast. 1 lb of meat in my stommmmmm

Lol I am a sub fan any toppings go,

roasted chicken strips, bbq sauce, and honey sub :)

Or a standard cold-cut of choice

COR cinn. Swirl or vanilla bread loaf

On a side note PB marshmallow bread would be great for a PB&J sandwich

I'm all out of COR, this daydreaming is making me want more
