Lost a little, it was about 9 pounds i believe which isnt that bad. I should have cut my cardio back but i didnt for some reason, plus i was on a 25 week pre-contest diet haha my body was ust under a lot of stress.
YOu just watch your back i am coming for ya haha!!
 
ill give it a shot but dont laugh cause im tiny! these pics are from last summer but im about 6-7 weeks away from reaching this bodyfat goal and will hopefully be 5-6 lbs heavier.:clean:

The one was about 3.5 weeks out and the other was 1 week and 7 weeks out all were form my last prep!!

J/k, lots of talent in here. Not sure what physique they're looking for, but there's a nice variety here!

cool, how did you place and in what organizations do you compete in? looks like you did well! maybe we'll cross paths in the future. it would be cool to compete against another AM member even if it jeapordized my chances of winning:cheers:

I placed 3rd in the novice and open classes middle weight!

That was my first show, ENB!

I will be doing the NPC Natural Ohio in Oct 6th

Whats on your plans i know you are getting ready now!!

YeA Sinner that what everyone i talk to have said, thats its such a well run show and that everyone is organized and everyone get treated real nice!!

So i am excited

6'2" -195-197 on stage, 21 y/o, senior at Saginaw Valley State University studying Exercise Science and business management.
