Controlled Crab with whole wheat asian style pasta

CTDeuce

MST Reppin Hard!
Spicy Controlled Crab over whole wheat pasta asian style

Ingredients :

1 can super lump crab meat (I would have preferred a fresh live crab but I live in PA and it sucks)
1 box whole wheat spaghetti
2 bushels green onions
dried red chiles (I didn't have any which messed me up right away. Instead I used spicy long green peppers)
10 cloves garlic
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can baby corn
1 can bean sprouts
low sodium soy sauce
hot red chile paste
chile infused sesame oil

A way We Go :

- Boil your whole wheat spaghetti until it is tender
- At the same time in a large saute pan or wok, get your sesame chile oil and hot peppers warming
- Add your crab, bamboo, bean sprouts, and baby corn to the wok/saute pan
- about 5 minutes later, add your crushed garlic and chopped green onions to the wok/saute pan. Throw in a little soy sauce and some hot chile paste to the mixture.
- Mixture should be done within 2 minutes of that and you can remove from saute pan/wok and set aside in a seperate bowl.
- Take your completed spaghetti and put it in the same wok/pan you just used for the mixture.
- Let get warm and then add some soy sauce and some more chopped green onions and garlic. Mix in enough soy to make the pasta a slight off-black hint. It will taste like whole wheat lo mein.
- Put your pasta in a bowl and sprinkle romano cheese overtop.
- Garnish with grissini whole wheat breadsticks (imported from Italy) and some green onion.

DAMN that looks really f ing good man!!

Give it a try...you won't be dissapointed, haha.

I'm kinda surprised no one else has really seen this one yet...but i'm sure it'll get some love (as well as some warm tummy's) once people do

Looks great man, BUT if you really want some controlled carb, or for those of you on a CKD diet, throw in those shirataki noodles discussed on the other thread! Oh, and one more thing, GO FOR PADTAI! (,--If thats how you spell it) You can make some KICK ASS lowcarb padtai while dieting, for those of you that love peanuts and peanut butter, this dish pwns. So tofu noodles with peanut sauce(healthy kind you can find great recipes online, maybe use some powdered PB for even lower calories!), and lump crab w/ vegetables. That's one bad ass tasty low-carb and calorie dish. (those tofu noodles are 20 calories a serving, and it turns out to be quite a lot of noodles)

I'm sorry if you misunderstood. The title is Controlled Crab. not Carb. It's a crab dish...thus the name.

I ran a log of Blue Gene for Controlled Labs and told them i'd make a dish inspired by the log.

Oh dang. Well, that would make sense then haha. I guess I read over too fast. Great looking dish nonetheless!
