Fasting until your circadian rhythm changes your ghrelin release patterns will get rid of a lot of appetite problems. However if not interested in fasting then the healthiest thing I can think of is straight up coffee. Not a lot of thermogenisis with it but between the caffiene and the chlorogenic acids it t can easily curb appetite. They have actually found decaf coffee to be more effective at appetite suppression believe it or not. So maybe for a little kick you do a mix of both or non stim rock the decaf. Lots of other antioxidant and other benefits to coffee as well.
If not worried about health benefits as much then go with the ECA Stack. Bronch-aid from behind the counter at the pharmacy has ephedrine in it, a no doz for caffeine , and an aspirin and you have a nice little ECA Stack that will make it harder to eat for sure.
