Contolled Labs (Blue-Up/Blue-Gene) stack

did you lose any weight?

Weighed in 158.5. So for being sick for a week followed by almost 2 weeks out of the gym, I managed to keep eveything. Strength is still up to par and my arms seem more toned. I'd be willing to bet i lost a small bit of fat. I'm just so happy to be back into my sanctuary!

***I have been free of any supplement or research chem since last monday, so when I begin logging again, I will only be taking in the Blue stack.***
 
Hell Yeahhh!!!! I'm back! I did mostly chest/tri, but continued with full body because I missed the gym so much. No headache! I will begin logging again monday.

Only really got base with presses, but I'm sure monday will be fine to get back/bicep assesment.

Ok, I'm back!!!! This will be my day 2 once again. Taking 1 Blue Up early morning, and then once again around noon-1pm. 5 Gene 1-2 hours b4 w/o. Libido is already a US Destroyer ship with navy seal snipers aimed at some pirate hooligans in a dingy boat. It's high!

Today was only ok strength wise. Had a small headache, nothing that will keep me out of the gym like before. Since this log is essentially starting over, I will still try to gain 5 pounds, but now it's in 3 weeks instead of 4. Let's see if these bad boys can help me do this. The Blue Up I can tell you right now is hardcore, at least for me. I get a little figdety and slightly nervous. This stack turns me into a horny mother ****er! I have a constant bulge and it is a little embarassing, lmao.
 
I took 2 Blue Up pills at 9:30am and I'm feeling pretty awesome right now! The stims are hitting me, but there is no negative nervousness at the moment. I feel ready to kick ass, lol. This is a first for me. The other times I would get nervous and twitchy, but I guess it is still early. I hope this feeling continues!
 
I have noticed something the last 2 days. I didn't really think about this until now, but it is something I feel is very important to note. I usually take a nap during the day. I'm talking hardcore 2-5 hour nap everyday. I have not had a day nap these last 2 days, even when only getting 5 hours last night. So, at the moment I would like to thank CL for giving me back 2-5 hours of my life these last 2 days. Days are not so short anymore :thanks:.
 
HA! Nice, i agree! The one day I had to wait to take blue up till after work I was like yawning and shxt at work... this definitely keeps you alert!
 
I'm bout to grab some grub, so I'll go into more detail later. Another good day. Strength was just ok, but I did not need a nap again. I forced myself to take one though (30 mins) bc I had another 5 hour night. I need to get some more sleep starting tonight! Diet has been ok. Slight headache after warmup set. Damn exertion headaches need to disapear forever.
 
ever think of glycobol? im on it right now..... all i can say is wow. in only 2 days, visable difference, the scale even says there is a difference!

I seem to be more aggressive, but it's not a constant. I can blow up pretty quickly right now. Despite this however, I am noticing a better mood overall.

Well, I'm in the gym pushing hard longer, lol. Not sure if that is easy to some. Maybe I misunderstood your post?

Or are you taking it easy in the gym or what? I take it your doing high volume low intensity right now? im doing the opposite right now. low volume, are ound 10 sets per large muscle, but very high intensity with negatives and dropsets and all!

Work has been amazing in the mornings. Been getting done 20 mins earlier than normal each day. I'm not even trying to go faster or even think aout how quickly I'm getting done, but it happens. I think I'm in the sweet spot with the stims right now. Not too strong, but work very very well.
Today in the gym was good. I did a complete chest/tri routine, and afterwards I did 2 sets of squats and 2 sets calves. Endurance is GREAT!!!

Today was a fast paced slaughter fest. I can't post my routine because I jumped around a lot. Endurance was amazing. Minimal rest between sets and I went heavy. Usually when doing this style of lifting, I will begin to lower the weight of the exercises..... no no no, not today. Today I was raising the weights. Matched a pr that I had done fresh before, and yet I was doing it my last set. Pump was rediculous. I tried to call my gf when I got to my car, and almost hung up while it was ringing because it was too hard to hold my phone up, lmao. Finished work this morning early again as well. I'm liking this stuff heading towards end of week 2.

I'm disapointing myself with my weight. I am not eating as much as I know I should be and this is my fault entirely. I've decided to take this last week 150%. Endurance has been top notch with this stack and libido is very dominant. I've noticed the pumps becoming much more into play. I'm going to bed early so I can rip the gym up tomorrow. Ah, before I forget, I finished work early yet again (thank you Blue Up).

yeah you gotta make sure you eat right. It is critical for adding size. If i dont eat enough, calories, protein, carbs, and get my vitamins in a day, I feel like i straight wasted my workout!

Got my diet back in check and felt real strong in the gym. Biceps are def stronger than last time. My back did not fatigue much at all. I think the strength is kicking in good right now. Pumps are still amazing.
 
I noticed some killer aggression this morning. Felt good to be explosive again, cussing cars with bad drivers out and being an *******, lmao. This is a good sign imo. My arms have broken out with some acne as well as my back shoulders. Can't wait to handicap myself after legs today!
 
Looks like things are going well.. Good to see you back in the gym again, and ya gotta love that agression your getting from these products. Numbers are looking solid bro. Keep it up

I did todays w/o a little unconditional compared to how I usually do chest/tri day. My biceps began to ache for some reason. I know they are secondary when doing flies and cable cross, but ouch! Weight is up, not sure if I can get 2.2 more pounds within 4-5 days, but it was a good run. Even if I can get to 165 just by food and water weight, it is a good sign for me. Once I hit a weight I usually never drop below it. I really wish I didn't start getting exertion headaches my 1st week through on the first run, because I'm def noticing changes occuring right now in week 3. Agression, endurance, pump, nails growing faster, breaking out, and strength are all coming through quite powerful.
 
Oh, and keep in mind I am not taking anything else other than these 2 Blue supps. Everything is a product of these 2 products only. I can only imagine results if stacking anything else with these!

Endurance was very good and so is libido! Strength is increasing, getting a few more reps cranked out. With 8 sets of bench, I held up very well. Pump is easy to come by.
 

That could be the case, but I beleive I've been back to normal for a bit now. My metabolism plays a big role. If I mess my diet up just for one day, I will lose some weight, but it's easily reaquired. Strength has been steadily increasing, while endurance is on high. Libido was increased drastically at first and has been on cruise control. I have 2 days left, and then I will have new pics up.
 
do you feel that your test levels right now are lower than before your cycle? reason i ask is cuz im currious to know if cycles ruin natturally high test levels

This whole week I've been feeling really good. Aggression, libido, and mood have all been up. Strength is up alittle, but as mentioned before, endurance is incredible. I've switched to doing slow squeezed reps. Usually I pound reps out quick (with good form!), but I want to try this. This stack kept me from tiring out, especially after the 20 squats. I know 135 is not a lot of weight, but I've never gone above 10, so it was fun!

Holy hell, I just looked you're right. Today was my last day, but to answer your question I might buy 2 bottles lol. Energy on the Blue Up (stim) is on another level for me. The effects have died down a bit, but I have been getting done with work 20-30 mins early every morning.

Today, being my last day, I wanted to do a bit of everything. I did this workout in about 15 minutes. I would complete a set and rest for maybe 10-20 seconds, then move to the next set. This was the ultimate endurance test. I must say I held up pretty well, but I did start to get fatigued for once, lol.

OMG! I just found this today & missed the whole ****ing run! I lost u after "Epi with me", didn't know where you went. Go ahead and run it all over again so I can follow...lol. Your Run looked real good bro, congrats. Especially how ya fought thru the roadblocks. Reps on it all!

Final Review
This stack was taken solo without any other products.
So after the ups and downs, how did the Blue Stack fare for me?
Blue Up in the morning made my life a lot easier while doing my job. I deliver papers, and run for about 2.5 hours every single morning. After just a few days, I was getting done 15-25 minutes earlier than usual.
Blue Gene taken 60-70 mins prior to workout, seemed to do wonders for endurance. Endurance and libido were the 2 most noticable effects.
My weight only increased by 1 pound for the 3 week run, yet my arms grew almost a 1/4 of an inch. My biggest accomplishment was getting my legs to grow small mounds, lol. I have played soccer my whole life but my thighs have never grown. I did not take measurments of my legs, but I can feel the difference with my hand, and by looking in the mirror.
Overall these products are quality and do work. I think it would be ideal for a cut.
