3 days out flying down to anchorage tonight so had to cook for three days worth of meals not having a kitchen is a serious inconvienence. so for my wife and I we cooked 15lbs of chicken 8lbs tilapia 3lbs ground beef 8 sweet potatoes 4 white potatoes and 3 bundles of asparagus.
