Have pizza, pancakes , lol all you want...simple carbs or complex carbs....it's been proven , all the same.
Ill be having lots of pizza, pancakes and misc carbs next week in hawaii.

As long as it fits your macros lol , remember fast food and stuff from outside is not really well measured and you can have some spill over due to excess fat on the meals , but other than that haha have at it! Chocolate, icecream, as long as it's within the macro values go for it!
