thanks man tomorow is 50 carbs and final depletion workout not looking forward to that the wife and I are both a lil grouchy shes at 0 carbs till friday and then only 20.

Sounds good, I'd go with chicken if it were me. It's easier to digest. However, if you fill up (muscles) from steak (which a lot do) go with it. You clearly have no mid-section issues so it should bloat you.

Maybe a little redwine and snickers about 30min before you step on stage

Im more worried about being full then bloat. I was thinking like 3-4oz steak 4-6oz W Pot. every 2 hours or so after my blueberry pancake w/ a lil syrup around 5am. No red wine for me but a snickers sounds pretty effin good right now

Go with real maple syrup! That sounds solid.

Why no red wine? I'm just curios, that with some niacin and aspirin made me flush and veiny.

no booze for me brother. i tend to overdo it and make really poor decisions havent had any alcohol in a long time

haha thanks buddy I love that stuff. Just have to get through tomorow at 50g then thursday and friday ill be over 300. Man 500 carbs sounds awesome right now like right this second in one meal.

As long as it fits your macros lol , remember fast food and stuff from outside is not really well measured and you can have some spill over due to excess fat on the meals , but other than that haha have at it! Chocolate, icecream, as long as it's within the macro values go for it!

You talking for pre-contest carb loading, or carb intake in general? There's a HUGE difference.

even in general I wouldnt want my pre workout carbs in the form of pizza/ice cream even bread my performance would suffer pretty bad even outside of workout and just general day to day carb intake I like to fell good and not sluggish/lethargic. I will stick to the quinoa/oats/sweet potatoes for 95% of my carb intake

Agree'd I was just getting the ball rolling. 200gr of ice cream is not the same as 200gr brown rice

I get like a carb hangover from high sugar or refined carbs.even bread as much as I love it makes me feel ****ty after I eat it

Agreed I'm the same way, I don't agree at all with Cel statement as with anything that may work for some but like DW said 200g of brown rice isn't the same as 200g of some sort of processed carb source. I've tried the IF thing with clean food and incorporating some crap but keeping it within macros and it wasn't pretty. I am so sensitive to carbs it's crazy, clean carbs I'm ok but crappy food and I don't mix.
