Honestly,im not familiar with belts..in general i use altus,the fattest and biggest size. Leather ofcourse..Just wear it right and ya good..i usually wear it whenever i train. 3/4 of the time.

Nope havent talked about that yet. starting carb up thursday right now 335ish carbs planned for that day and then 365 on friday these will change depending on how im looking. will probably be a lil higher Im like 100% ecto and handle carbs really well. Carbs are from oatmeal and a mix of sweet potatoes and white potatoes thursday and friday then show day probably blueberry pancakes w/ a lil syrup.
 
Leg and low carbs today ugh. but at like 200c tomorow so im pumped for some sweet potatoes

I don't know why I'm just noticing it but you hammer protein, I like it.

I feel weird only consuming ~180-200/day with this IF

haha ya man I get it in. Im doing up to like 325. being straight ecto I need calories or I waste away. maintenance for me is like 300p/400c/100f
i would feel weird with 180-200 as well.
 
Ya man its freaking expensive rightnow all the chicken and fish. IF seems to work for people but Idk if its for me Ive tossed around the idea of trying it out but always talk myself out of it

Right when I'm about to walk away, I talk myself back into it haha. I'll be able to asses the IF situation a lot better after this carb up.

I've always gone with the, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm learning IF is probably best for "social" bodybuilders. I'm not being negative when I say that in any way. It's more for people that are married, have kids, social/business life that makes it much more difficult to eating 6-8 meals and 2 cardio/weight sessions each day. I'll get off my soap box now....

Pancakes w/ syrup sounds good! Most competitors look better the day AFTER the show after eating simple carbs. Anyway....sounds like you are busting your butt in the gym...nice log!!

haha ya its not easy eating every 2 hrs I bring 4 tupperwares of food to work everyday. All my free time is spent prepping food or cleaning. A need a vacation.....Hawaii next sunday

haha ya man it works for me though the oxyblack and HT2 are strong so I feel better taking them near meals only one I take almost empty is speedX3.

if you take mass hgh close to food go easy on the carbs, they will blunt the effects of it to some degree.

Ive been taking it with either casein and PB or ground beef and spinach so under 10g carbs either way usually bout 1/2hr after also
