i am a yardsale freak....my basement is full of stuff. i even have a ab lounger, i do my leg raises then jump right on the ab lounger-believe it or not it's pretty damned effective. also i learned a long time ago the best time to do abs is right after cardio-give that a try!!!!

Im glad your getting something out of this. I much prefer the "lean bulk" phase over this I stay pretty lean year round but I am missing my carbs with dinner and before bed right now.
Going off of some comps I watched on youtube and varios other sites many of the winners/finalists have them so Im assumming you dont lose points for it. I plan on getting many more so if it does effect your score my contest carrer will be over soon

hey guys due to an unfortunate event i will be flying home to boston tomorow. il be there till next sunday so while there i may not be able to update as much as I would like. I will however be continuing my contest prep training diet and supps will not stop. ill do my best to check here daily and update but if you dont hear from me its because im busy with the family and will fill everyone in when I get back. Thanks guys.
side note I am packing a food scale, and I hope they dont giv me a hard time about the amount of pills and powders ill have i carry most of my supps on when i travel because ive lost bags before and I cant be without my supps

The Arm Blaster is awesome! I had one when I was in the Navy but lost it when I left the ship. Gonna order another one SOON.my favorite is something called a weider arm blaster...it is a metal piece with a strap you put over your neck to hold it in place, it locks your arms in place similar to a standing preacher curl....i bought it nearly 20 years ago for $5 and still use it, lol. hell, i even still have a original bullworker!!!!

i am leaning out pretty quick LOL with the help of the oxy black dieting hasnt been much of an issue appetite is prettty surpressed. So im not dropping my macros any more this week going to TRY to hit 325p/175-200c/75f ive been right on point since I started so im hoping t be able to keep the same structured eating while im away.
Weighed in today 184 at 8.2%BF so in 2 weeks that -5lbs and 2.3%BF so if my math is correct thats 4.5lbs fat lost wich is pretty good if you ask me. So Im going to add in an extra "structured refeed" day not a "cheat" day so tuesday ill be adding around 100 extra carbs from sweet potatoe or oatmeal or quinoa then friday my "cheat/free" meal day i wont worry as much about where the extra is coming from. Also going to try and find a BODPOD while im in civilization so if anyone reading this knows where I can find one in the boston area or southern NH i would appreciate the info

so first full day here in boston got in last night and made sure to prep all my meals for the day knowing how much food I was going to be around and it paid off. Diet was on point today and only a lil off saturday and sunday considering the 30 hrs spent traveling. Up brght and early to make sure i could get a workout in before the craziness started and I ended up kicking a$$.
Todays workout was all done with a 4-1-1 tempo so weight doesnt matter much went for 6-10 reps and Im already sore
Flat bench 4 sets
incline DB 3 sets
incline hammer strength machine (wish I had one of these at my home gym) 3 sets
dips BW
pullups wide failed around 6 with 4-1-1 tempo
bent rows
t bar rows
seated rows
pull downs
My chest and back are already starting to get sore awesome workout massive pump.
Dosing change on oxy black
430am pre workout (today was max intense) plus 4 testox9
830 oxy black
1230 oxy black
8pm 3 mass hgh, 2 AD3
felt really good today considering the situation plus all the travel tme and not much sleep

chest and back today 4-1-1 tempo I need to post some pics soon i feel im definitely making some nice improvements with this neew training also first double seesion today so chest/back am cardio abs pm. i dont like this very much but dont have enough time in the morning before work.
HyperT2 day 1 review. Sweating buckets all day stuff is strong drank about 2 gallons of water already and only 630pm right now cant get enough. Also dosed HT2 and OxyBlack together and I wont be doing that again need to space these out at least an hour or so. Ill have to back and read all the HT2 oxyblack logs going on right now to see how others are doing it.

ya man i was shocked how strong it was definitely going to split them up. maybe take HT2 with my preworkout first thing am then oxy black 1 hr after post workout meal. going to play with dosing next few days.

dosed HT2 about 20minutes after my pre workout I think ill be doing this from now on felt and still feel great tons of energy killer workout. sweating buckets in the gym and even still now but not uncomfortable at all like when i dosed with oxy black. that was too much power for me.

no doubt...i am liking the oxy/speed combo very much....but i sure miss the ht2!!!!
try 1 oxyblack with 1 scoop speed extreme pre workout...this might be my all time favorite!!!!
