i am a yardsale freak....my basement is full of stuff. i even have a ab lounger, i do my leg raises then jump right on the ab lounger-believe it or not it's pretty damned effective. also i learned a long time ago the best time to do abs is right after cardio-give that a try!!!!

Im glad your getting something out of this. I much prefer the "lean bulk" phase over this I stay pretty lean year round but I am missing my carbs with dinner and before bed right now.

Going off of some comps I watched on youtube and varios other sites many of the winners/finalists have them so Im assumming you dont lose points for it. I plan on getting many more so if it does effect your score my contest carrer will be over soon
 
Wish I knew the meaning of lean!!! lol I'm always po at myself. How the hell do you have close to 19 inch calves ripped, and forearms with ripps but can't get my abs and chest to do the same lol.

hey guys due to an unfortunate event i will be flying home to boston tomorow. il be there till next sunday so while there i may not be able to update as much as I would like. I will however be continuing my contest prep training diet and supps will not stop. ill do my best to check here daily and update but if you dont hear from me its because im busy with the family and will fill everyone in when I get back. Thanks guys.
side note I am packing a food scale, and I hope they dont giv me a hard time about the amount of pills and powders ill have i carry most of my supps on when i travel because ive lost bags before and I cant be without my supps

Quick pre flight update.

Ill be focusing more on tempo and time under tension on most of my lifts the next several weeks. I did a trail run with 4-1-1 tempo 6-10 reps so aorund 36-60secs under tension each set today and it was killer. obviously the weights were much lighter but I felt i was able to hit the muscles much better like this. I did squats, defecit deadlifts wich were really dificult with this tempo, goodmornings, reverse hack squats, leg extensions curls and calf raises seated and standing. 20 mins 75% HR max incline on the treadmill and some ab work.

my favorite is something called a weider arm blaster...it is a metal piece with a strap you put over your neck to hold it in place, it locks your arms in place similar to a standing preacher curl....i bought it nearly 20 years ago for $5 and still use it, lol. hell, i even still have a original bullworker!!!!
The Arm Blaster is awesome! I had one when I was in the Navy but lost it when I left the ship. Gonna order another one SOON.
 
i am leaning out pretty quick LOL with the help of the oxy black dieting hasnt been much of an issue appetite is prettty surpressed. So im not dropping my macros any more this week going to TRY to hit 325p/175-200c/75f ive been right on point since I started so im hoping t be able to keep the same structured eating while im away.

Weighed in today 184 at 8.2%BF so in 2 weeks that -5lbs and 2.3%BF so if my math is correct thats 4.5lbs fat lost wich is pretty good if you ask me. So Im going to add in an extra "structured refeed" day not a "cheat" day so tuesday ill be adding around 100 extra carbs from sweet potatoe or oatmeal or quinoa then friday my "cheat/free" meal day i wont worry as much about where the extra is coming from. Also going to try and find a BODPOD while im in civilization so if anyone reading this knows where I can find one in the boston area or southern NH i would appreciate the info

yes excellent results i have to try and slow the process down a lil thats y im adding the extra carb up day see how that works for a week or so this is a great learning experience for me either way

Up brght and early to make sure i could get a workout in before the craziness started and I ended up kicking a$$.

Todays workout was all done with a 4-1-1 tempo so weight doesnt matter much went for 6-10 reps and Im already sore
Flat bench 4 sets
incline DB 3 sets
incline hammer strength machine (wish I had one of these at my home gym) 3 sets
dips BW

pullups wide failed around 6 with 4-1-1 tempo
bent rows
t bar rows
seated rows
pull downs

My chest and back are already starting to get sore awesome workout massive pump.
Dosing change on oxy black
430am pre workout (today was max intense) plus 4 testox9
830 oxy black
1230 oxy black
8pm 3 mass hgh, 2 AD3

felt really good today considering the situation plus all the travel tme and not much sleep

I always prep my food in advance its a pain in the ass but that way I have no excuse. Sore as hell today just got up it feels good off to the gym shortly

Quick update. Semi adjusted to time change. Diet has been mostly on point had some french toast at my wifes dads house yesterday forbreakfast, ya know to be polite. But it was right after my workout so i think its fine. workouts have been going good third workout since being here and thrd dfferent gym. Im really enjoying all the different equipment available here very limited back in nome. continueing with the 4-1-1 tempo and really feeling it. I think the change of focus on my workouts will pay off ncely its definitly an ego buster with the 411 tempo.

mon back and chest 20 mins cardio 75% HR
tues shoulders bis tri abs 20 mins cardio 75% HR
wed legs
THurs-saturday gonna repeat this cycle leaving sat night most likely
 
Finally made it home well home to Nome anyway. What a trip was crazy busy but I made it to the gym everyday i was there and diet stayed pretty much on point. Ill take some pics soon as the wife is up for it 25 hrs travel time so we are both pretty much done for right now. Diet is going to change a lil this upcoming week Ill also be adding in HT2 starting tomorow.

AD3 PCT and mass hgh- The recovery from this is great and I sleep like a baby Im up ready to go in the morning and feel strong and rested even n a calorie defecit. Look really lean and my muscles are extra hard right now.

Testo X9- I love this stuff I feel good on it 2 weeks into it and its kicking in nicely feeling strong while on calorie defecit and libido is UP.

Oxy ECA Black- Still leaning down nicely apetite is under control and good energy levels throughout the day.

Training is going to stay same 4-1-1 tempo I feel im getting a lot out of this style training I look and feel bigger. So for me lighter weight + increased time under tension = grow time.

Hey thanks man that trip takes a lot out of you. Hate trying to sleep in airports literally layed on the floor in anchorage airport for 4hrs last night/this morning. Took a 2hr nap soon as we got home. Gonna try and fully hydrate and rest up today. Its looking like shortly after the contest we will be moving back to civilization Lowell, Mass cant wait.

HyperT2 day 1 review. Sweating buckets all day stuff is strong drank about 2 gallons of water already and only 630pm right now cant get enough. Also dosed HT2 and OxyBlack together and I wont be doing that again need to space these out at least an hour or so. Ill have to back and read all the HT2 oxyblack logs going on right now to see how others are doing it.

ya man i was shocked how strong it was definitely going to split them up. maybe take HT2 with my preworkout first thing am then oxy black 1 hr after post workout meal. going to play with dosing next few days.

awesome workouts the last 2 days dont think ive lost any strength being under calories definitely leaner. weighed in at 183.4 7% BF with a 4 point caliper test. Not in bad shape for 5 1/2 weeks out. may need t play with calories a lil dont want to lose too much.

yesterdays workout

leg extensions 5 sets of 20
leg curls 5 sets of 20
squats 4-1-1 tempo 5 sets of 8-10
single leg leg press 3 sets of 15
rack pulls worked up to 405 attempted 435 failed then 3 sets of 10 at 315

todays workout
decline BP 4-1-1 worked up to 225 for 7 wich is a PR at this tempo
incline DB Press 3 sets of 10
flat db press 3 sets of 10
db pullovers 3 sets of 15 first time doing these seem to work good
pull ups 3 sets of 6-8
bent rows 3 sets of 8
db rows 3 sets of 6 at 100's PR at this tempo
pulldowns 3 sets of 15
wide grip cable rows 3 sets of 10 with a drop set at the end

lovin the HT2 with my pre workout sweating like crazy even after the shower.

try 1 oxyblack with 1 scoop speed extreme pre workout...this might be my all time favorite!!!!
