Contemplating Halodrol (PH) at 19. Help please.

I've been working out for about 4 years now. I am genetically predisposed to being skinny and having a small frame. Basically my whole life I've wanted to be big, and it drives me crazy that I'm not. I think I've got a good feel for working out and for diet. I don't mind working out and taking the time to eat 6 meals a day plus supplements, but I want an edge.

I matured a bit late...I'm 19 1/2 and have a bit of a baby face. Any suggestions/advice much appreciated. Essentially, do you think I'm potentially permanently damaging my body by taking prohormones (e.g. becoming infertile in the future)?

if you want to get big just stick a needle in your arse!!!!

haha just kidding. i would say add more food to you diet in the form of protein and complex carbs. you have enough natural test at that age to accomplish what ever you want in the gym, so take advantage of it while you have it. theres always more to learn about training and diet.

keep training hard, lift big eat bigger and get some sleep. you will grow!
give it a few years before you start messin with your hormones

Hey man I know how ya feel because I was there too.

But now im 210 not that im saying im really satisfied but being from a small lanky kid I did improve.

All I did was eat like a pig and train my ass off like theres no tomorrow and that is I really recommend to you too.

Good luck bro and try to take some high amounts of protein and carbs to get some fat on ya :)
 
i was 6'2" at 170lbs and 8%bf, in 8 months i grew to 200lbs at 7.5%bf strictly from food, training, sleep and the basic multi vitamin, BCAAs, and protein. trust me if you work hard and eat big (and correctly) you can grow.
i was always a skinny kid who thought i was "ripped" but i was just skinny haha

you will experience plateaus and you just have to bump up your food intake and take training to the next level. then when you've maxed out your genetic potential and you are doing everything correctly for an extended period of time and growth has stopped (and your old enough with enough experience) thats when you can start thinking about using anabolics.

google is your friend. use it to find good muscle building diets and training splits. this forum has alot of great info as well check oout the search tool

as sportsbro said its all about diet. if your not growing its because your either not eating enough of the RIGHT foods, not training correctly (after 4 years i wud assume u train correctly) or not getting enough sleep.

try weight gainer shakes they help alot.
 
I think we all have those thoughts at one time or another when were young (im 19 too) where were just like i wanna get ****ing huge, gimme a DS/PH.

its not worth the risk to me yet tho, you have to get by those thoughts as hard as it is, especially when u were a late maturer.

Go for a NHA stack. I had excellent gains off activate xtreme/transdermal 6 oxo/lean xtreme.

Ive seen teens gain 10 lbs in a month off that, pretty much PH gains

or go with x factor. Once i come back from surgery im gonna be cycling between AIs and XF for as long as my wallet can afford it, GFH!!

I was in the same boat as you were man. Last year I was 160-165lbs at 6'2. Today I'm now at 215, mainly due to eating, but I did take two cycles between then but I believe without eating properly you wont gain much from taking ANY KIND OF SUPPLEMENTS

dude, you cannot attribute your gains to eating if u took 2 cycles...lol

Obvisouly you cannot get big on cycle without eating, but you cannot get the same gains eating as opposed to on cycle.


And i dont think the OPs a newb, i mean he is 195 lbs. It gets hard to gain for some at a point. In the first 4 months eating right (i had lifted for a couple years but knew nothing about diet) i went from 168-192. I stayed at 192 for like 6 months after that, coudlnt break that damn plateu!!

True enough bro. Diet and workout are now in check...so I will definitely look into that stack. The only annoying thing is that I can't get lean xtreme or activate xtreme here. I'll order them online. Today was a terrible workout though...rushed it cuz I was late to meet my girlfriend.
 
gym > girls. girls get boring the gym doesnt. :P as for ur NHA stack from personal experience the new mass fx was a good aid in my attempt to bulk naturaly.
